enjoyed some good yakitori - solid chicken meatballs and onigiri (nothing beats Taisho in Midtown- have yet to try the Michelin one though.) karaage (fried chicken) was delicious as was the steamed clams.

I stopped in here for lunch to try the burger and it far exceeded my expectations. It was juicy, seasoned, and had a tasty sauce on top. The patties were not quite smash burgers but not overly thick like many restaurant burgers are. It was a perfect size and the fries were delicious, with a double fried crisp.“

The wait was not long to get a table and the service was prompt, professional, courteous, and didn’t leave us in want of anything. All of our needs were met. “I had my birthday brunch here this past weekend. Miro helped plan a prefixe menu for my group of 15 guests that accommodated for omnivore, gluten free, and vegetarian diets, as well as a shrimp allergy.

I was in touch with him several times in the month leading up to my event as my guests confirmed or cancelled their reservations and as new dietary needs came up even up until the several days before our reservation. I was so grateful for Miro’s clear and timely communication throughout, as well as for all the accommodations he was able to make for us.

The food was awesome on the day of the event — in particular we loved the five spice fried chicken and waffle dish, the spicy noodle stir fry, the imperial rolls, and the slow cooked lamb buns. We also got the papaya salad, and coconut french toast, which were also delicious. For my gluten free guests, they made gluten free vietnamese crepe. ? My group was extremely well fed, the backyard ambience was relaxed and leisurely, and service was great.

Price was $50 per person, not including drinks — for the quality of the food and the fantastic service, this was absolutely worth it.

“I wanted to come to Ammazzacaffe for a while. One of my friend told me that they have a great wine list and authentic Italian food. Last night was a good day to go so because of they have a limit of seats I made a reservation before I go. I have a glass of Toscana Rosso and because it is happy hour I get two for one. That is awesome! I order pasta so I only have Sea Trout Tartare as an appetizer. I love that they make it sour and taste so delicious. Quadrotti and Reginette are very good and perfect cooked pasta. Service is nice and friendly. I enjoy so much of this meal. I will probably come back when the weather is warmer.“

We had a covered section of the patio with heaters practically to ourselves. Staff were friendly, cocktails were tasty, beer shot combo was solid, and many friends ordered food but I personally didn’t try it. Loved the Montego Slay and Sunnyboy drinks. There’s a $25 clean up fee if you bring in a birthday cake. Overall a great place to hang out with a huge group and I’m surprise it isn’t more packed on a Saturday.PS - there is an elevator so you don’t have to walk up 4 flights of stairs like we did ?“

Cocktails are amazing, but the food is surprisingly just as good. An excellent date spot to impress or catch dinner with some family/friends.

What really stands out here is the staff. Truly warm, welcoming, and professional through and through. Rob & Ricky at the bar are incredible so if a seats ever open try to snag one. Everyone working was so kind and welcoming, which is something i feel is really lacking with some newer establishments.

“We came here for dinner a few months ago, after seeing all the positive reviews. And Breeze definitely lived up to the hype - everything we ordered was delicious and there were so many other dishes I wanted to try but didn't have enough space in the stomach for anymore.

We were also in the midst of planning our baby shower then. After coordinating with a few other restaurants and bars in Brooklyn, my husband and I decided to ask if Breeze would be willing to host, since we loved the food so much and the space is beautifully designed. I'm so glad we worked with Breeze - I could not have asked for an easier and more accommodating planning process! The team went above and beyond to ensure our baby shower was amazing! The team decorated all the tables with baby blue floral center pieces, printed out customized food and drink menus for all the guests, and made sure there were enough high chairs for all the babies at the shower.

“Jaffa is a hidden gem almost speakeasy style up a set of stairs behind K'far and under Laser Wolf. The staff was super nice and the bartender was helpful and made recommendations and also delicious drinks to order. Definitely want to come back during the summer months for the outdoor space but a great option for pre dinner drinks or an after dinner cocktail. Great cocktails, delicious bites, and a very fun chill vibe even on a cold rainy Brooklyn night.
