As a massive tiki enthusiast, I've tried all the rum bars in the city, and Sunken Harbor is the winner. The decor is immersive without feeling cheesy, and the bartenders take their craft seriously. I ordered the Zombie and watching the bartender prep the fire and garnishes was a show in itself. The crispy oysters were a great savory balance to the sweet drinks. Just a heads up: you must book ahead for weekends, and remember it's down a flight of stairs so not accessible for wheelchairs....read full review
