Absolutely terrible experience with the staff here. Cashier and baristas were super rude and unhygienic. Barista put her dirty hands all over the rim of my cup as she was making it. She made me the wrong order, admitted to it, then denied it when the cashier came over saying she put in the right order. Then, barista started gaslighting me. Also had no doughnuts available at 11am. Absolutely terrible experience.
I went there two days before in hurry. I ordered iced caramel latte. They were very slow and after that. The girls are very rude and don’t like to serve. First! The latte tasted very bad. I dropped that in the trash. I pay again and gave instructions and got my type of drink. Because of them, I missed my train and got late. ⏰
