But the calamari itself without sauces is already amazing, one after another, can’t stop eating. It’s almost gone before I realizing I didn’t take a picture of it yet. The black spaghetti is so rich in terms of flavor, I definitely want to come back for it again. Pizza is very creative, love the restaurant!“

“Had dinner at Rosticceria Brooklyn last night and it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly roasted, juicy inside with crispy, well-seasoned skin. We got the focaccia on the side, which was soft and pillowy with a great olive oil flavor.

Everything felt fresh and made with care. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood spot you want in Brooklyn. Will definitely be back!“

“Lēlē’s Roman, located inside the Ace Hotel Brooklyn near Hoyt Street, is a wonderful find. The setting is cozy and beautifully designed, mixing retro style with a modern touch. Our server he was professional, friendly, and attentive. The pizza and pasta were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic Roman style. A lovely place for a relaxed Saturday lunch , and we will definitely return. Well done Leles Roman!“

“This place is such a gem, especially for summer or fall outdoor dining. The cucumber salad was my absolute favorite and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. It’s so simple, but the anchovy vinaigrette gives it that little something, and you can really taste how fresh the vegetables are.“

“Love Fausto! Came on a double date recently and we were so happy with the experience. The food is really high quality (save space for the olive cake!), the ambiance is great, and you can just be sure you'll have a consistently delicious meal. Love having them in the neighborhood.“

“Since it was our first time there, we decided to share a wide spread of dishes so we could get a real feel for the menu. We started with the insalata verde, then moved through a burger, the pizza padellino, trofie al pesto, and a frittata di pasta, finishing things off with a rich panettone al cioccolato for dessert. Everything was excellent across the board, with just a slightly heavier hand on the salt in a dish or two, but nothing that took away from how tasty the food was overall.

The atmosphere really tied it all together, cozy and low-key when we arrived, then lively and buzzing as the room filled in, without ever feeling too crowded or rushed. The staff kept things warm and welcoming the entire time. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back and work your way through the rest of the menu, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.“

“What a great find! We made reservations for dinner before a concert and it was perfect. Food, service and atmosphere.
Our waiter was engaging and charming and very attentive. He described all of the food in detail. The pasta dishes and pizza are unbelievably fresh. The softest, pillowy gnocchi you can imagine. We ordered calamari along with the focaccia- both unbelievable.
We kept talking about the restaurant the next day as well.
The only downside was self-inflicted. We could not take our “left overs” with us because we were headed to a concert.
Highly recommend trying this gem of a restaurant.“
