“This is a magical spot. I’ve had dinner here twice, most recently for their Sunday Supper. The food was excellent across the board — in addition to the three courses included with the meal, we had the pearled barley with burrata and the bone marrow with mashed potatoes. The three of us couldn’t agree on what we loved the most. My personal favorites were the bone marrow and the chicken soup with cilantro and lime (would pay $$$$$ for that soup the next time I’m sick).

Don’t sleep on Ilis for a light dinner and drinks. Even if you’re not doing the full tasting menu, this place offers so much for you to try that you likely won't find anywhere else. As someone who has sat at the bar many times, I’d say that the cocktails are on par with bars like Maison Premiere and Please Don't Tell (all the drinks are excellent but don’t miss the Carajillo!). And the a la carte menu offers dishes that are consistently delicious and interesting. It’s a BEAUTIFUL restaurant that’s been meticulously crafted, and everyone who works here is really knowledgeable and friendly.“

I don’t recall names but I remember experiences and feelings in great detail; our server (tall+slender young man) had mind-reading abilities and impeccable taste combined with the easy speed of an athlete in bringing our orders. It’s about the food though, right? Brussels sprouts at Lundy’s made me a fan of a veggie I’m not always a fan of. Delicious spicy calamari. Linguini+clams with theeeee best perfectly-salted buttery sauce with I have had in ages across 3 countries. A chocolate dessert served with coffee ice cream. Don’t let Lundy’s location (a long drive for me) prevent you from paying a visit. You’ll be glad you did.“

Happy hour oysters and cava, amazing service, really interesting seafood with incredible flavours - shout out to the deep fried scallops (didn’t know they would be deep fried but they were amazing) and the bone broth with the tuna steak was top. “Randazzo’s Clam Bar definitely lived up to the hype. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh seafood, flavorful sauces, and generous portions. Everything we ordered was packed with flavor, especially the seafood dishes.

The service was also very good and the staff was friendly and attentive despite how busy the restaurant was. The only downside was the wait for a table, which was pretty long, but honestly the food made it worth it in the end.

Overall, a great spot for seafood and I would definitely come back again.“

“A wonderful Yemeni restaurant .. great people… great food… and the big circle bread: the rashoosh. They have the fahsa, they have the kibdeh, and of course they have the haneeth but they also have Yemeni favs that are not usually found at other restaurants: shafoot, Sana’a kebab, and roti bread! But my fav.. that rice. Hands down the best rice I’ve had in a long time! A def must try!“

“Excellent food across the board—from the burger to the risotto, you truly can’t go wrong with any dish. We dined at Swoony’s for the first time on the recommendation of dear friends, and the food absolutely delivered. Hats off to the chef.

For starters, I highly recommend the lobster orzo and grilled prawns. As for mains, the burger, hanger steak, and butternut squash risotto were all outstanding. The cocktails were equally delicious.

The ambiance is great, though it does get a bit noisy, and the place was completely full. Service was attentive and seamless throughout. Dare I say I’ve found a new neighborhood favorite? It was that good.“

It’s small and cozy, and the owner personally greeted us at the door, which immediately makes the experience feel special. Add in the fact that it’s BYOB with just a $10 uncorking fee, and it’s hard to beat. The crab and corn chowder was outstanding and one of the best soups we’ve had in a long time. A few of us did the Rana Table brunch and we were not prepared. It’s a full family style feast and it just keeps coming. Borek, marinated beyaz cheese, kizartma, artichoke spread, Izmir pine honey with kaymak, soujuk, menemen… dish after dish of incredibly fresh, flavorful Aegean food. All for $35 a person. Unreal value.

“Went last night for St. Valentine’s day, I must confess I ended up here by mistake, my reservation was in another restaurant across the street, but for some unknown reason I came here and it was amazing, my only regret was not being here before… Food was beyond amazing, the lasagna is a MUST! I have never had something like that before, would love to go back again.

I would think that on a busy day like this, service/food might not be the best, but they proved me wrong, staff was very nice,they didn’t take forever with our food, music was nice too.
