Our waiter walked us through and explained everything to us as we are sushi novice. This was a well recommended place for sushi and sashimi and I highly recommend it!
Awesome Sushi. Highly recommended
Visiting from out of town. Great experience, excellent sushi in a local neighborhood, friendly and very accommodating staff. IMO hidden gem, worth a visit.
Only negative, the check was a lump some for all the a la carte sushi, not itemized.

Fresh, high-quality fish is expertly prepared, and the wait staff takes the time to explain each dish, making for a unique and memorable experience. The service is top-notch—friendly and attentive—and sitting at the bar to watch the chefs work their magic is mesmerizing. Each dish is like a tiny work of art, and the sushi and sashimi come highly recommended. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, Sushi Katsuei is a must-try for sushi lovers, and the Omakase is highly recommended for a special occasion. This place is phenomenal—unreal food, service, and atmosphere.
