What an amazing dinner we were participating in. It started with a flower that exploded our taste buds through all the variety of sea creatures and sea plants prepared various ways to a light but scrumptious bread pudding and ice cream made with 3 waters. All the dishes were presented like works of art accompanied in artistic dishes. It was most definitely a wild to table experience. Highly recommend. (only allowed 10 photos. There was a total 13 servings of food and 2 drinks)
Amazing restaurant, They use ingredients most would not see in their lifetimes! I hope a pop up comes soon !
