We've always had such a great experience at Fausto. Seasonal menu, rotating wine selection. It's easily our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood.
Love Fausto! Came on a double date recently and we were so happy with the experience. The food is really high quality (save space for the olive cake!), the ambiance is great, and you can just be sure you'll have a consistently delicious meal. Love having them in the neighborhood.

Fausto is a small and charming Italian restaurant in Park Slope that’s perfect for a special night out. The menu is simple and focused, letting the quality of the food speak for itself. The rigatoni alla vodka and focaccia were absolutely incredible, and the martini is a must-try. We went to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better spot—cozy, delicious, and memorable. The open kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere, and the staff is very warm and attentive. The menu offers outstanding dishes, including the black bass, tagliatelle veal bolognese, and crispy potatoes that are "out of this world." Notable dishes also include arancini, Brussels sprouts, and lamb tagliatelle. The foccaccia and salads are sublime, and the dessert options like gelato, sorbetto, and olive oil cake are impeccable. Diners can enjoy the impressive wine selection and periodic wine tastings. With great ambiance, sound levels, and excellent service, Fausto is a cozy, elegant spot perfect for any occasion.
