I love going to or even just ordering from Shan. Everything is fantastic (although I especially love their dan dan noodles). We usually share the Pork Dumplings in Chill Oil, the Ma-La Szechuan Wonton, Shrimp Dumplings, Pork Soup Dumpling, Crab Roe Soup Dumpling, Sweet & Spicy Udon, and Sliced pork belly w. mustard green.
Shan is the best Sichuan food I've ever had. Have come here at least a dozen times since I first discovered it a year ago. Try to fish filet in chili oil and the dry pot fish and the mapo tofu and egg and tomato soup
