The thinly sliced pork with chili sauce was easily the best thing I ate all night. I am basically the whole package, so a smart, cute guy should reach out before someone else beats him to it. Life is too short to miss out on a good thing.
Really excellent Chinese food. Some of the best Mapo Tofu I've had in my life. Everything I've ever had here has been stellar, and it's super consistent from visit to visit.
Shan is where you go when you want to do anything from grab a casual meal to celebrate a milestone in life. They also deliver which randomly takes a long time but it’s so good you don’t care when that food hits your mouth. Shan is a household word which we judge all other eating experiences by.

Shan Chinese Restaurant & Bar offers really excellent Chinese food, with authentic food, nice decor and excellent service. The thinly sliced pork with chili sauce was easily the best thing all night. Some of the best Mapo Tofu, the lotus root was a sleeper hit, and the mapo tofu was excellent. Food is consistently so good, and it's super consistent from visit to visit. Shan is where you go to grab a casual meal or celebrate a milestone. The staff are wonderful, hospitable and kind, and the place is spotless. Favorites include the dry pot, Dan Dan noodles, pork soup dumplings, Mala dishes, fried rice with mustard greens, Peking duck and scallion pancakes. They also deliver.
