“One of my favorite Thai places now in Brooklyn. Their dishes and drinks are so incredible and flavorful. Love their pad Thai! I feel like a lot of pad thais in the city can be a bit bland but theirs is super flavorful and delicious. Also amazing Khao Soi!“

“I loved the 3-Course Menu B — it’s so delicious! The peanut sauce noodles, coconut lava balls, and kumquat chill lemonade were absolute highlights — I can’t stop thinking about them and I keep coming back for more.
The service was wonderful too — the staff were super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special.
Thank you so much — can’t wait to see you again soon! ❤️“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to Cameron. I took ill today and was graciously allowed to use their bathroom despite not being a customer. In the midst of trying to get myself together, I left my phone behind.
On calling, Cameron answered my phone and held onto it until my partner could return to collect it.
I’m due to fly home to Australia on Monday. Had Cameron not ensured my phone was safe, my last days in NYC could have been awful. But now my overriding memory will be of the friendliness, honestly and helpfulness of the wonderful New Yorkers I have met.
You did yourself, your restaurant and your city proud today Cameron. Thank you so much.
Oh - and despite me being ill, the noodles looked and smelled damn good too. :)“

“Great food and good prices for lunch. Stopped here one day when I was nearby.
The sesame balls here are so good!!! For catering we got veggie low mein, braised pork, bunch of different potstickers, sesame balls, and everything comes with cutlery if needed. They clearly label everything and the packaging is great because they seal all the containers so they don’t spill and the food came warm to eat. 👏🫶🤤
FYI there’s great catering here too! They offer delivery and have a great setup for any event. Will post pics of the catering if I can find them.“

“The service was timely and our server was friendly and very helpful with menu choices and spice level. Atmosphere is so much fun, just the right amount of Thai kitchen. Loved the music which was a mix of 60’s French pop music, Hawaiian guitar, fun easy time!“

“I frequent this restaurant when I'm craving a bowl of comforting rice noodles. It's been a few months since I came back and while the flavors are still great, the portion sizes have decreased significantly while prices stayed the same. I usually enjoy the original bridge crossing noodles which comes with a variety of ingredients including corn, fatty beef, lettuce quail egg, spam, woodear mushrooms, etc. the fried wontons are also nice and crispy.“

“Cute spot, and not too busy when we came on a Tuesday night at 8PM. Service was a bit slow at times, but all the people working were nice.
My favorite dishes were the spicy sweet corn salad (nice acidity and sweetness) and tom yum soup (good flavor). The tofu clay pot rice was also pretty flavorful and reminds me of a Taiwanese sticky rice dish. The pad Thai was a little sweet for our tastes and the eggplant basil could have used a little more depth of flavor. Overall though, enjoyed!“

“Walking through Brooklyn on a grey day wondering where to eat, my wife and son and I ran into an old friend carrying takeout from Petite Dumpling. She highly recommended them, which was all we needed. Everything we ordered was fabulous and we're already planning our next visit--tomorrow. The best!“

“The food is fresh and amazing. So happy there’s a Vietnamese spot in the neighborhood. Yay for bun Bo hue (and everything else; their Vietnamese iced coffee has sustained the addiction I acquired while in Vietnam wonderfully). Cocktails very good as well“

“Such a great place! The owner is the sweetest lady, the food is absolutely delicious, we got the scallion pancakes, shrimp wonton soup and fried pork dumplings and it all was so good! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is so cozy and nice, feels like a trip back home to your grandma. Just an absolute gem.“

“So me and my boyfriend are from the bay ridge area & although we have a lot of good food there...we do NOT have anything like this! Oh my god I am so so beyond impressed. This was our first time trying it we had the chicken and dumplings, so good.
Those were the best noodles I ever had in my life they were thick and I'm guessing home made. Not to mention, friendly staff
I didn't expect one to be that huge the bucket was about the size of my head lol. Me and my man share a lot because we're sometimes on a budget and we both got full, and satisfied from this. It was about $11 or $12 bucks. The chicken is rotisserie style which to me is a added bonus. The veggies in it were big size and delicious. We are sold and coming back to get this again or try more.
Hope this helps everyone!! 😊“

“Amazing food for the price. The lunch special was 11.95 and it comes with 2 sides. I got the green curry (chicken), tofu soup and vegetable spring roll. Spring roll was your usual the but the tofu soup was great and very flavor. The green was curry was INCREDIBLE. Full of flavor with a hint of spice. The chicken was nice and soft. Very filling and absolutely worth the visit.“

“Love the vibe here with the old Thai movie posters and products from Thailand visible on the shelves. Bangkok BAR does the classics well and the staff are mostly from Thailand so they grew up with the items on the menu. Love the beef larb and crying tiger.“

“The food was fantastic! However, there’s a problem when dining with a large group. You can’t be seated until you’ve finished all your orders on the iPad. This works well for two or three people, but for a group of seven, it’s simply impractical, especially during busy times.“

“Paid 11.95 for the lunch combo c-- 8 fat dumplings and a foil bag of spicy chicken. It came with a coke, which I don't drink and wish they'd asked me if I wanted to swap. The dumplings came with a vinegary garlic sauce that I drenched them in. The skin was thin and the pork and chive filling was a little on the dense side, which is not a bad thing, just a matter of taste.
The spicy chicken definitely lacked depth and spice. The spicy mayo was also not spicy...“

“Crossing the bridge noodles and the braised chicken noodle bowl — one light broth, one dark with a molasses kind of flavor. This place can do both, let me tell you. And our server was so fun. I’ll be back to split the c. Bridge noodles because damn that was a big bowl of broth“

“It was only one other party there when I arrived so I was able to order relatively quickly. I ordered the Za Jiang Noodle and the Spicy Wonton in Red Chili. I loved the wontons. Those were my favorite. I asked the guy behind the register what was his favorite between the marinated fried chicken and the wontons. He mentioned the wontons. They were really flavorful and had a nice spice to it. The texture was good and everything I had tasted fresh. The noodles were separate from the toppings since I was having it to go. I did end up with leftovers and day two of the noodles kind of reminded me of a spaghetti with minced meat texture. the food was delicious.“

“I’ve been to Superior Wonton Noodles a couple times, and this restaurant never disappoints. This time, I went around 11:50 am on a Sunday, and it was crowded, but we were able to quickly find a seat. In fact, a huge crowd of people left right as we sat down, so it’s possible the crowds gather right before noon at this restaurant. I always order a bowl of noodle soup with No. 8 noodles, otherwise known as ho-fun in Chinese. There are options to add one, two, or three toppings. I tend to stick to two toppings. This time, I ordered beef tendons and brisket, and both were super tender and melted in my mouth. I think if you don’t want too much meat in one order, it would make sense to get a wonton or fish ball topping instead of two beef toppings. Another member of my group ordered wontons and fish balls on their order. The wontons are huge and filled with shrimp, while the fish balls are also ginormous and taste great! And no order is complete without a glob of the restaurant’s homemade chili oil. Superior Wonton Noodles’ chili oil is sufficiently spicy and tastes so fresh. After you are done eating, you get up and pay at the front, and you have the opportunity to order some of that oil to go! I would highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Absolutely loved this place! My sister and I ordered the shrimp pho and beef pho. The food was so good that we forgot to take pictures until we were almost done eating. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were fresh, and everything tasted amazing. The shrimp pho was my favorite, and it paired perfectly with the jasmine iced tea. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.“

“The sweet pork Mo was really good and definitely so was the pork belly bun. Really liked it. Tried some other stuff too but no pictures. It was more food than expected too so I was pretty happy. Also had the Thai bubble it it was good, not sweet but not bitter“

“Delightful and delicious. Perfect temperature, flavors and spices aligned splendidly. It’s advised to enjoy the noodles there, but the temperature was too cold in the building so we walked to a nearby park and enjoyed the meal. Every bite was pleasing, so much so I returned the next day and it was just as great. Do yourself a favor and enjoy this place.“

“As Greenpoint changes by what feels like the minute, one thing remains the same: Xi’an Famous Foods never fails to turn out excellent plates of hand-pulled noodles, soups, and dumplings. Opt for this place over any of the neighborhood’s new arrivals. You’ll be glad you did.“

“Great ramen with very tasty vegan options and a reasonable price point. Our ramen came out in a reasonable amount of time and there were multiple customization options such as spice level, richness of broth, noodle size and tenderness. Staff was polite and we didn’t feel rushed to leave after finishing our food.“

“The lunch special costs more money for less food. I guess these guys didn’t get the memo that a lunch special is supposed to be a good deal, but not here. The food is fine. The service is good. The lunch special is $19 for a small portion entree and a small portion side vs. regular entree for $16. This is no deal and was unexpected. Ain’t nothin special about this special unless you like paying more money for less food.“

“We ordered from Thai Roast 5 via Uber Eats and had such a great experience. The Pad See Ew was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and full of flavor.

.....
To be honest, this place is absolutely beautiful during the day; at night, the atmosphere becomes bustling, yet it retains that distinctive charm. It is the kind of place where you have to stay alert and fully attentive—no matter the situation—simply because there is so much to see at every moment and around every corner, whether you are out with friends, sightseeing, or simply making your way from one place to another. It is well worth staying wide awake so as not to miss a thing. After all, it is far better to be here than to be bored in just any other place you might be passing through“
