The noodles were delicious and they were freshly made. Staff were friendly and you could take it back home.
I literally dream about the spicy hand-pulled noodles in my sleep. The spicy sauce is amazing and you can even buy a jar of it lol. My only wish is they would have an option to add more veggies in with the noodles, and maybe some tofu in there too, but I'm guessing that's not the authentic Xi'an style of noodle stir fry. Will always go there either way.
凉皮is a bit lack of fragrance but 肉夹馍 is just soooo good! The pork skin and fat, the hot bun omg can get another one right away
