“First time today. This place rocks. Maybe the best noodles and dumplings in Queens. The vibe is no vibe which is a vibe. Order, sit, eat. Freaking delicious. Person working was super nice. Will be in our weekly lunch rotation. Thanks xi’an, can’t wait to try the entire menu.“

“Dining at Tha Phraya was a pleasant experience. The ambience of the restaurant and the service was great. The food was delicious with the right amount of spice levels for someone who liked spicy food. The restaurant filled up pretty quickly on a Saturday evening, so reservations are always a good idea. I liked that we didn't feel rushed to finish our meal.“

“I was absolutely starving and this place saved me! The prices are very affordable and the portions match those prices. I got a medium fish ball rice roll bowl (oyster sauce flavor). I got all the sauces on it, per recommendation of the cashier.
Spicy, sweet, and savory all at once. I’m usually not a fan of fish balls but these swayed me.
As a native New Yorker I am weary of viral restaurants but this one is WORTH THE HYPE. I forgot to take a before picture but I definitely have the after! Delicious.“

“My daughter chose this for a birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Audrey was our server. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, made great recommendations, she was there when we needed her without being there too often. I would highly recommend Rosella Sushi. Can’t wait to get back to New York City and return for a meal here. It also makes it extra cool when Chef Jeff is wearing a Florida Gator hat!“

“The food here was excellent. I got the Pad Thai and it was one of the best I've ever had. Their appetizers are all very good. I'd highly recommend going here on a date or family dinner. Menu is a little pricy but worth it.“

“This is a very local restaurant.
It doesn't have fancy decor, nor does it serve mind-blowing dishes with flavors you can't find anywhere else.
However, their food is very wholesome and down-to-earth, without the heavy oils or excessive salt used to aggressively hook a customer's palate.
The prices are also very affordable—I imagine people working nearby frequent this place often.
I'm a delivery truck driver, and whenever I pass through this area, I make sure to stop by.
The elderly owner is Taiwanese and extremely kind, and they also employ some Spanish staff. The overall work atmosphere is wonderful, and I'm certain the owner treats them very well. Dining here gives you a sense of peace that you just can't find anywhere else.
You shouldn't go out of your way just to eat here, but if you happen to be passing by, you definitely have to drop in and check it out.“

“A calm and pleasant spot for lunch.
I came during the afternoon and the place was quiet.
The staff was very friendly and even asked how the meal was at the end.
Note: It’s self-service.
Food: The hand-pulled noodles and broth were fresh and excellent.
The fried side dish was crispy and flavorful.
Drink: The iced black tea with mango was light and very refreshing.
Tip: As you can see in the video - the portions are very generous.
I recommend ordering a small size because I couldn’t finish it.
Seating: I sat by the window facing the street. It was nice to eat and watch Broadway at the same time.
There’s also an inner bar table closer to the kitchen.
The place is clean and the surrounding area feels calm and safe.
Price: Very affordable and filling.
This was my first time trying authentic Chinese food and I was pleasantly surprised.
Highly recommend and worth saving for a real local meal.“

“I can tell this place is special and that the owners and team behind it put a lot of care and love into the food. The sauces are clearly made fresh from people who know Thai food well. I’m so lucky I get to eat this food often. I would upload photos but I ate it so quickly that all that sit in front of me now are plates that have been licked clean.“

“Em Vietnamese Bistro has been on my list for a while, so I finally got to check it out! At first, the interior looks like you are walking into an office, not a restaurant; I had to do a double-take to make sure I walked in the correct door. I made a reservation for 6:30pm on a Friday, but the restaurant wasn't full at any point. Since the space is small, you are seated close to other people at peak dining hours.
My friend and I both got the Bun Thit Nuong ($17) and we shared a Cha Gio ($11). The spring rolls left a lot to be desired, both presentation-wise and taste-wise. For presentation, the rolls would benefit from a smaller plate with a more curated selection of vegetables. The huge romaine inundates the dish, and we didn't end up eating it, so it just seems like a waste. Flavor-wise, the rolls were on the plain side, which do not justify the price. After that appetizer, I was pleasantly surprised by the entree. The pork was cooked and flavored well, and I gorged myself. Everything tasted fresh and refreshing! I also think for the portion size and the area, the price is worth it.
Service was good in the sense that they did not rush us, but we had to ask for everything, from getting someone to take our order to asking for the check. The Bun Thit Nuong was the highlight, and I would eat it again if I was in the area!“

“The food is yummy. I usually order the M5 dry rice noodles with beef shank which is amazing, but this time I ate M9, Tonkatsu Don with rice, and it was delicious. They also gave out nice little goodie gifts. The desserts and 口水鸡 is good.“

“Came here with a friend and we went a bit overboard, ordering 6 items. For the portion sizes and quality in NYC, this is a solid deal.
Steamed Pot Chicken Soup: The star of the show. Clear, incredibly savory broth. It comes with a bowl of rice, making it perfect for a cold day.
Pu'er Chili Beef Tripe & Pu'er Chili Ox Aorta: These two were the ultimate rice killers. The tea-infused chili oil is fragrant and spicy, and both the tripe and aorta had a perfect crunch.
Smoked Pork Slices (Neck): Great char and flavor. The meat was tender with that signature neck crunch, and the dipping sauce was excellent.
Dai Style Green Papaya Salad w. Shrimp: A much-needed palate cleanser. Fresh, tangy, and the shrimp were decently sized.“

“Had a great experience at Ichiran Ramen in New York! 🍜 The ramen was incredibly tasty, flavorful, and satisfying. I chose spice level 7 this time, and it was perfect for me—but definitely planning to try level 10 on my next visit! 🌶
I also really enjoyed the unique experience. They prepare the ramen fresh after you take your seat, and then serve it through the little shutter right in front of you. It makes the whole experience feel different and special.
Definitely a must-try for ramen lovers. Can’t wait to visit again!“

“The pineapple pork bun at Mei Lai Wah is an absolute masterclass in contrasting textures and unapologetic flavors.
It is a heavy, comforting contradiction a hot, savory meat filling locked inside a sugary, crisp pastry shell. Because both the cookie crust and the barbecue glaze lean heavily into sugar, it is an intense flavor bomb. It can feel incredibly rich or even one-note after a while, but when you catch one fresh and steaming straight out of the oven, it is the ultimate sweet-and-savory comfort food.“

Every now and again you come across a server who truly enjoys making people fell comfortable, that's Jason, in a nutshell. “Really enjoy this place. Food comes out fast, and it's always fresh and spicy, if you like a kick, this is a solid spot for it.
Only gripe: white rice costs extra. Come on, it's rice! Docking one point for that alone.
4/5 stars, would still recommend.“

“Plue is such a great place to eat with many gluten free options. I ordered the popcorn chicken and chicken tom ka soup for appetizers. The popcorn chicken is to die for with the dipping sauce and the soup is infused with fresh Thai flavors. For my main dish, I ordered pad see ew with shrimp. It was a generous portion and perfect for my sensitive stomach. I would highly recommend Plue!!!“
