One of the best small scale Chinese noodle outfits in NYC! Their noodles have that quintessential wheaty chew and can be nice and spicy!

The Handpulled Noodle is a small gem in Sugar Hill with a beautiful interior and an outside area. Service is always quick, friendly, and attentive. The food comes out fast and fresh. Great flavors with perfect mouth feel and chewiness. Noodle varieties are great, including the cumin noodle soup and cumin soup noodles, which were fire. The beef broth brings life when feeling under the weather. Buddha dumplings were great. While noodles could be spicier, the cumin and traditional flavors are always loved. Recommend online ordering to pop in and out. A great spot to try hand pulled noodles.
