“I was absolutely starving and this place saved me! The prices are very affordable and the portions match those prices. I got a medium fish ball rice roll bowl (oyster sauce flavor). I got all the sauces on it, per recommendation of the cashier.
Spicy, sweet, and savory all at once. I’m usually not a fan of fish balls but these swayed me.

As a native New Yorker I am weary of viral restaurants but this one is WORTH THE HYPE. I forgot to take a before picture but I definitely have the after! Delicious.“

“My daughter chose this for a birthday dinner. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was fantastic. Audrey was our server. And why are you saying the restaurant is on 148th? Lol it’s in on Broadway between 148th and 149th. Just a very bizarre experience on a Friday night.“

“Walking in felt strange and alienating, as there's no one there to greet you and welcome you into the experience.However, i was very excited to try the food and stayed anyways. I ordered on the the touchscreen menu kinda just guessing what would be the best options for my first visit here.

I ordered the spicy pork traditional stir fry with chopped noodles, an order of the tangy shrimp wonton, and a chrysanthemum tea. Let me say the food is phenomenal!! The portions are great and the flavors are unlike any other restaurants ive been to recently. I left so full and satisfied!!“

“Really yummy polo BBQ pork buns at pretty decent prices!! Easily one of the best I’ve ever had, with that beautifully sweet, crispy topping and soft, fluffy bun.

But damnnn, the pork filling was practically 90% fat…. Definitely the fattiest BBQ pork bun I’ve ever eaten, which was a bit disappointing considering how good everything else was.

Still worth trying, but I do wish there was a better balance of meat and fat!“

“Had a great experience at Ichiran Ramen in New York! 🍜 The ramen was incredibly tasty, flavorful, and satisfying. I chose spice level 7 this time, and it was perfect for me—but definitely planning to try level 10 on my next visit! 🌶

I also really enjoyed the unique experience. They prepare the ramen fresh after you take your seat, and then serve it through the little shutter right in front of you. It makes the whole experience feel different and special.

A very special thank you to our server, whose name we unfortunately forgot to ask. Our order was under my Husband's name, Shawn. our server was exceptional in every way, so kind, professional, patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful. His attention to detail, warm attitude, and excellent service made us feel welcomed and card for.
The host was also wonderful, keeping us informed and making us feel welcome even thought we arrived without reservation.

The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious. Our son loved his roasted chicken with rice too.
We also tried the crispy fried calamari, which was delicious and another highlight of our meal!
we also had hot sake and the cold plum sake which was amazing. really recommend it.

“Nice little restaurant just off of Grand Street. Very cozy interior, lots of wood.
I ordered ahead and they had it ready for me a few minutes ahead of the indicated pickup time, which was a nice little bonus I didn't expect.
I got the sausage jian bing, and was a little confused at first because it looked kind of small... but it turns out that they cut the jian bing in half and put each half in a separate baggie! Therefore, the portion was perfectly adequate, at a very reasonable price, and the flavor was exquisite. Savory, just a tiny bit sweet, and just delicious all around. Highly recommended; made a great lunch. Thanks so much!!“

Worst food we ever had in our lives!! Bland and expensive. It came with none of the toppings we ordered!! Tasteless and dry. I suspect the food was kept in the heat for most of the day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS S...HOLE!!!! It should be reported and closed. I can only imagine the unsanitary conditions of the place. The hand ripped noodles for the beef noodle was very chewy and thick and the beef was very tender and flavorful.
Mid spicy was a little spicy for the stir fried liang PI noodles for my taste.
