Wish this place was near my home. I’ve tried similar noodle dishes at other restaurants, but none of them compare. Every time I have something similar, I find myself missing this place. It’s honestly one of the reasons I would come back to New York.
Good authentic North West Chinese food, we ordered Liang pizza, rou jia me, and others, great food, will come again
Good food for a good price. I can be picky about chain restaurants but this is always a staple for me. Especially as a vegan when I am looking for something quick and good I always look to see if I am near Xi'an

Xi'an Famous Foods Chelsea is a go-to for bold, no-nonsense flavors that really deliver. The hand-pulled noodles are chewy and satisfying, coated in rich, spicy sauces that have real depth. Everything feels fast, fresh, and full of character. The spicy and tingly beef muscle noodles are to die for, and the chili oil sauce is amazing. The Spicy Tingly Beef & Tendon In Soup has an unique depth of flavors layered together. The spicy cumin lamb noodles were chewy and packed so much delicious flavour, while the pork belly soup noodles had an unexpected vinegar-y kick. The Wok-Tossed Spicy Concubine's Chicken Hand-Ripped Noodles are most amazing—wider than chow fun, very long, chewy, and substantial. Many dishes are made spicy but allow the option to select least or more spicy. The restaurant has lots of tables for seating and a self-serve system for ordering, picking up food, and grabbing cutlery. It’s casual and unpretentious, but the flavors hit hard and keep you coming back.
