Jack's Wife Freda Reviews
My sister came to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. The drinks were served by a guy name Julian Levy. This man was taking advantage of the high spirits and low alert atmosphere. More than once he touched my sister inappropriately.
Before they left the restaurant he followed her to the bathroom, telling her he is in the movies while trying to touch her again
What stuck us most about this little gem was the sincere welcome, the interesting menu and the way we felt absolutely embraced.
Visited JWF and fell in love. Ended up travelling round the next two days to visit the other two branches. Amazing food and amazing service. Ill miss NYC but ill miss JWF more. Can anyone tell me if the preggo roll is in the cook book. Seriously sad i wont taste it till my next adventure in NYC xxxx service was amazing in all 3 branches. Love watching the hello videos on insta! So nice to see the faces in real life x

Jack's Wife Freda in Chelsea is a cozy and warm restaurant that consistently delivers fantastic food and lovely service. The menu boasts a variety of delicious dishes, including the popular chicken schnitzel, Peri peri chicken kebab, beet dip with feta, and lamb kefta. Brunch service is also exceptional, with standout items like the Mediterranean breakfast and steak prego. The restaurant's ambiance is lively and bright in the morning, making it an ideal spot for a date or gathering with friends. The waitstaff is attentive and accommodating, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant is described as a brasserie with a light and airy venue, comfortable and amazingly friendly. The staff provides first-class service and great recommendations, including a seasonal fresh watermelon juice that was a hit. The place has a simple, relaxed charm that's perfect for a morning catch-up or solo start to the day. Customers can go with confidence, whether in a group, as a couple, or alone, and enjoy the good food and service. The beet dip and fried zucchini are must-order items, as they are absolutely incredible and a little different from typical breakfast fare.
