“I had an incredible dining experience at Kimika! The Japanese-Italian fusion dishes were bursting with umami in every bite. We enjoyed the uni toast, Hamachi collar, Uni pasta, scallops, arancini, and the matcha mochi French toast—everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to come back!“

“The care and creative that’s put into each dish is superb. The pre-fix is an excellent deal. And it’s fam friendly even though the food is avant-garde in style. Nice service.“

“Let me start off by saying, if you want to complain about prices, don't even walk in the door. To get the optimal experience at any restaurant, you have to pay to play. So expect to spend about $70-100 per person here, this is a spot you take someone on a knock-it-out-of-the-park date or group gathering, you can't be a cheapskate. Now, to the food. Vietnamese BBQ is an intimate experience. Order the 7 course beef so you can try everything while the staff explains and helps you cook your meat. The electric grills are of the highest quality, the same ones they use at high-end Japanese yakiniku places, so the smoky taste on your cooked beef will be perfect. If you want to order a la carte, I highly recommend the Tomahawk, Madame Prawns and Charred Uni. Like I said, this is a place where you share your meal with friends and family so all the food is portioned that way.“

“In general, food presentation are great, most items including drinks are kinda blend tbh, the raw items are okay not great… and the price is too expensive for the food portion and taste wise. I will only come back for the French toast. Its a must-try (weekend brunch only) One of the best French toast in the city :) the decoration and atmosphere deserved a 5 stars.“

“Each plate is a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The handmade snow crab noodles are a standout, showcasing a perfect balance of textures and tastes. What truly elevates the experience, however, is Andrew, the owner. His passion for food and wine is palpable, and he takes the time to personally engage with guests, sharing the inspiration behind each dish. His recommendations are spot-on, and his warmth makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer.“

“We ordered the Joji box through Uber Eats, and it was delicious. The only issue was that the Uni sushi looked messy when it arrived. I think the delivery might have caused it, so no big deal. Thanks for the tasty food! I'll order again despite this small hiccup.“

“This is a 2nd floor Japanese-Thai speakeasy in Alphabet City where the food menu leans toward Japan while the drinks are Thai-inspired with the menu designed by veteran NYC bartender and Phetchaboon native Sayparn. Her and her partners opened 11 Tigers in 2022 (year of the tiger which symbolizes success). The staff do an excellent job of mixing food and entertainment.“

“Obao in Times Square was a great choice! Our server, Baitong, was friendly and attentive. I ordered the pho and fresh summer rolls; both were delicious. I have high standards for pho and theirs was pretty solid. Great food, great service—I’ll definitely be back! (Their drunken noodles look delicious)“

“This all vegan menu was one of my favorite meals in NYC. The location didn't have air conditioning working the day we went but it was still worth it!
The fried dumplings and bao were so delicious, I could have just had appetizers. The ramen was great too and there are so many options on the menu that I want to go back and try.
Aside from the air, the inside is decorated well and the staff was very kind and accommodating.“

“After a day trip we quickly picked up food here. Super tasty and it was ready very quickly.
The meat was wonderfully tender and the dumplings were generously filled.
Had a nice chat with the host while waiting. Definitely recommended!“

“Came for dinner with a group of Chinese friends. Food is good but not what I would called Sichuan. I can recommend the Sautéed pea shoots, Peking duck w soup, Cucumber salad and the Mapo tofu. I CANNOT recommend the grilled fish, it was terrible.
The decor is honestly bizarre, as my friend put it, a mahjong factory. Service was ok, but dishes were slow to be served.“
“Very happy to have a quick counter service Asian bowl spot come to 9th Ave. Great quality , especially for the cost. Noticed they opened recently and tried for the first time tonight. Loved the spicy chili chicken bowl. Added on the shumai too just because it seemed like such a good price for the amount of food. Will be back“

“The place is heavenly. The decorations, statues, interior design, barista station, and the elegance of the mansion-like restaurant makes me want to return one of these days. I ordered a delicious bowl of Teriyaki Chicken, and my body felt healthy with the dose of sesame. I requested a complementary side of Teriyaki Sauce with that order. When I rechecked the menu, I missed a dish I overlooked. My gut then should have told me to get the Mongolian Beef, one of the most prized Chinese cuisines of all time. Even the waiter who professionally served me recommended it. Nonetheless, I want to invite my party of fabulously dressed friends here. We have been exploring many restaurants, and this one is very, very elegant. It is time to return one of these days for the Mongolian Beef.
Vegetarian options: One of the salads, Buddha’s Delight, is a dish I recommend. Highly nutritious and delicious. Many desserts, soups and salads have customizable ingredients vegans can see before placing an order.
Kid-friendliness: On my visit, there was a modest family, a single mother family, who happily visited the restaurant and dined there. So yes, it is family-friendly.“

“Churos Thai has a nice vibe whether for lunch or happy hour drinks after work. The ambiance, decor, and soft pop jazz give the place a hip feel. They have a full top shelf bar. The food was delicious. I had the lunch special spring roll, spicy basil fried rice with shrimp and thai iced tea, it was alllll goood!
Vegetarian options: The regular food was good. I assume the same for the vegan options (I did not try the vegan menu)
Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a ramp to enter the restaurant and enough room to be seated at a table.“

“Asian that is part of a restaurant chain. Even so, the food is correct (flavors a little too flat for my taste), with very generous portions and attentive service. What I liked least was the atmosphere, it is a very dark place and we coincided with a large group making the atmosphere very noisy.“

“Incredible food authentic Thai food tastes using the best ingredients to achieve the taste of Thai food. Had the Som Tom salad with beautiful balanced flavours and perfect heat. The Tom yum soup was lost for words every spoonful was heavenly in my mouth, exceptionally made. Crispy chicken with cashews was a great dish a little less sweet the dish would have been even greater. Service was great by our waiting staff. Thank you for your hospitality the owner was very much involved back house and at the front of the house keeping customers informed. A little bit pricey but for food like this all Hollywood stars should know about this place, not in Greenwich or Tribeca but on 2nd Ave. Gem of a place don't miss this 4.9-starred TripAdvisor and top 10 Thai place to eat in New York.“

“I have been to a lot of omakases throughout the West Coast and upper East Coast. By far I think this place is one of the top place I would rate. First thing is the quality of their Wasabi. Usually the cheap wasabi you get from a lower end restaurant have a really bad after taste and I do not like them. This places wasabi tasted really good and it actually helped to cleanse my mouth after each sushi pieces.
The fish were definitely high quality. You can really taste the fish instead of it just having that fishy smell. The fish that were torched were torched just enough to not ruin the taste of the fish and just the right amount of smoky taste. The sauces they used were good and everything they put on each of their sushi pieces went really well together with that specific fishs attribute.
All in all, I think the price was good for the food and services we got.“

“I was there last weekend for lunch, the bolgogi stone hotpot bibimbab was a surprise. It was amazing! The flavors were not too overpowering, and the dish was very well balanced. I really loved the stone hotpot aspect as it kept the food hot and toasted the rice on the bottom.
Definitely would come again!“

“My Girlfriend and I went to this location for the cinnamon roll that went viral recently. Though looking through the menu, we decided to only get what we came for at the moment. Usually servers roll their eyes and are annoyed when a table skips the dinner and gets the dessert. Our server, the taller gentleman with the beard was super helpful and informative when asked some questions. Kudos to him for staying on top and being mindful of any possible food allergies. We didn’t feel rushed or treated differently for our relatively small order. Speaking of, the Cinnamon Roll lived up to the hype! So good ! We’re looking forward to coming back and having dinner here soon.“

“A generous sized bowl of very flavorful noodles topped with seasoned Impossible meat crumbles. By NY standards $12.95 for this portion is an absolute steal! Everyone else selling similar dishes are in the $19.95 and up and smaller portions Although advertised as spicy ?️, I did not find it spicy at all . Next time I will ask fit a bit more spice I am not sure ? f I didn’t mix everything up very well, but as I got to the bottom , it taste a little on the salty side It still was delicious and great value for this dish While not a ? vegan restaurant, they do have several other vegan options clearly labeled They also have other locations in NYC , so check them out“

“I went to this place because it was close to the bus stop when I went to the United Nations, and it was friendly and delicious. If you pay online in advance through the homepage, you can get a 20% discount. Noodles can be added to ramen. Kimchi fried rice is also delicious. The staff are friendly. I haven't been to any other famous ramen restaurants in New York, but I don't think I'd miss this one either.
I made a reservation for pick-up and asked if I could eat it at the store. They put it back in a bowl and set it, and even though it was cold because it was 30 minutes late, it was delicious.“
