Great poke place and amazing customer service. It is a great place for a fresh bowl, all is fresh and looks great. I will be becoming a regular as it is a great choice for lunch, fast and fresh.
Stopped by for the first time today around 11:40 - food was fresh and reasonably priced. There as another customer here at the same time who was “part of the meal plan” and was absolutely terrorizing the staff. She was extremely combative and unreasonable and immediately escalated to “reporting” the employees. I noticed you didn't have an online reservation system which likely means all the load of your reservations is on phone calls— that’s great. Many restaurants still handle phone reservations manually, which can lead to missed calls during busy hours and after closing hour's. I have a quick idea for you to capture reservations 24/7 on phone calls. ( If you're interested in what I trying to say feel free to reach me on my email thanks)
