It’s 8:14 and my order was suppose to be ready at 8:02. The guys standing in the front kept telling me my order wasn’t ready but the oatmeal was sitting behind the counter and no drink in sight. I ordered this before I got on the train at 42nd street. This is unacceptable and no one seems to care. At the end of the day, my money and I deserve better!
Can I give 10 stars for the service? I stopped by here during a rainy lazy NYC Sunday morning and the baristas were so kind and nice to each and all the customers. People like them make the city kinder and makes everyone feel like they belong! Great work to both Mel and Tasha they are very kind working young professionals working so hard to keep the city caffeinated! ^_^ ^_^ ^_^
Went on a Sunday and the workers there were amazing!! They’re really nice and have no problem customizing your order to your liking. They really made my visit welcoming and comfortable; would come again.
