For the most part, customer service is okay, but very often I get a disgruntled or untrained staff member. Today’s experience was highly unprofessional service. The two baristas on shift in the evening, were discourteous, dismissive, and openly murmured and exchanged glances while preparing my drink. This made for an incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming visit.
Starbucks is unfixable 15 minutes to get a cold coffee woke people no service
i periodically visit and always find that there's a moderate wait time for simple beverages to be completed, employees are stone faced and seemingly miserable, considering there's 10 different coffee shops in a 2-5 min walking distance with more enthusiastic and prompt service it's best to go elsewhere
