Fast and friendly service. Typical Starbucks experience with wait times and coffee expectations. Discovery mugs are stocked for Manhattan and the store is clean with plenty of seating and plugs for charging devices. Close to the WTC without having too many tourists nearby during off peak hours. Good place to stop if you want to stay close to the PATH station 🚉
For the most part, customer service is okay, but very often I get a disgruntled or untrained staff member. Today’s experience was highly unprofessional service. The two baristas on shift in the evening, were discourteous, dismissive, and openly murmured and exchanged glances while preparing my drink. This made for an incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming visit.
