The lady’s working in the front held up the line because they were too busy talking bad in people. The rice was empty and she asked the person in the back to bring more and it look him 20 minutes just to bring it.
This is the worst chipotle location I have ever been too & chipotle is one of my favorite food spots including the service. This one however really needs a breakthrough. The staff are so careless & unmindful. I’ve only been here 3 times & every time it’s always an error. They’re always out of an item, their food portions are so little & I’m paying $17 yet want to charge me extra for a little bit more rice. & let alone once again the staff/customer service is terrible!...read full review

It’s Chipotle! Lol… the food is always great, and when the line gets long, the staff puts on more people on ‘the line.’ Staff actually seems to enjoy working here… I constantly see them refilling fresh food into the trays, which is important. I’ve only had one disappointing experience but it was delivery, and the manager easily took care of it and gave me a brand new meal the next time for free! Very clean and that’s important. great location.
