Worst run chipotle I've ever seen. If you mobile order the food is consistently late or the staff will disappear preventing you from being able to pick up your food. Soda fountain is always either out of ice or half of the possible drink options. Dirtiest location, not comfortable at all to sit and eat. Every time I stop by here I discover a new issue that even a halfway competent management team would fix.
I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill and had a satisfying experience. The restaurant is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were bold and well-balanced. I appreciated the customizable options, making it easy to get exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and efficient, keeping everything smooth and easy. I left feeling full and content, and it’s definitely a reliable spot for tasty Mexican food.
Ordered from here a couple times. First time, the were out of adobo chicken which is what I wanted. They were also out of steak, and didn’t have enough servings to give me double chicken. Last two times I ordered a double chicken bowl for pick up, and they forgot the double chicken BOTH times. The closest available pick up order times are almost always 25-60min in advance, whilst ordering in store takes less than 5 minutes.
