randomly entered yesterday and had the best experience ever!! not the hugest fan of turkey but decided to try the turkey avocado sandwich. it definitely did not disappoint!! I am not big on Potbelly Sandwiches, but i guess when you visit New York like me, It will change your life lol. We ordered the Italian Sandwich when we were here. I got all the big meats and popular cheeses on the Sandwich. Sandwich was huge, it didnt almost make since to get 2 orders. Sandwich look like it can feed a table of 3. Sandwiches are great. Nice people working here. I like the vibe. We will be back again.

We stopped here after a long afternoon of sight seeing and needed some food! We really liked our sandwich and milk shake. There was a survey on our receipt and you know im all about getting the free item that often accompanies them! So we quickly filled out the survey and received a free cookie. That was the best part! Friendly employees, service was a little slow, but we werent in any hurry.
