randomly entered yesterday and had the best experience ever!! not the hugest fan of turkey but decided to try the turkey avocado sandwich. it definitely did not disappoint!! It was absolutely one of the best sandwiches i have ever had!! also really decent prices! great amount of turkey, not dry, super fresh bread and avocado!! the sugar cookie was also super delicious. the bathroom was also super clean. staff was super kind, friendly, and super clean! this place will definitely be my go to! cannot recommend enough!

I am not big on Potbelly Sandwiches, but i guess when you visit New York like me, It will change your life lol. We ordered the Italian Sandwich when we were here. I got all the big meats and popular cheeses on the Sandwich. Sandwich was huge, it didnt almost make since to get 2 orders. Sandwich look like it can feed a table of 3. Sandwiches are great. Nice people working here. I like the vibe. We will be back again.

We stopped here after a long afternoon of sight seeing and needed some food! We really liked our sandwich and milk shake. There was a survey on our receipt and you know im all about getting the free item that often accompanies them! So we quickly filled out the survey and received a free cookie. That was the best part! Friendly employees, service was a little slow, but we werent in any hurry.

Stopped by Saturday 11/18 ordered my turkey avocado Sandwhich I was just confused on why I saw one male worker doing everything at once! I even tipped him extra he just looked very over it.
I love the place and the food is excellent. I recommend getting the app as you get instantly rewarded with free gifts. Try the survey for a free cookie as well.

Good food… service was poor. Need a consultant to come in and advise on work flow. Employees seemed upset. Customers didn’t know where to order or pay or pick up. Signage would be good. Love the Oreo shake!

?THIS LOCATION SUCKS. The last was there the service was slow but this time the service was horrible. The order was very rude and ghetto and very disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager Crystal was very unprofessional and unbothered. After I corrected my order 6 times and they still got it wrong. I wasn’t supposed to be looking over the counter at the work station that employee happened to be cleaning and i KIDD YOU NOT SAW ALOT OF ROACHES under the prep station. It was disgusting
