Everything was amazing!!! If you get one thing, get the artesano ceviche. I would honestly do a tasting menu of all ceviches. I also got the chicha morada mocktail, classic ceviche, scallop tiradito, amuse bouche, palette cleanser, corn dessert, and passion fruit sorbet. Make sure to get the cancha!!! Soooooo good!
The food is quite an experience, the complicated thing is being able to have a table that is all delicious and excellent service. Juan served us and his attention was a 10 out of 10
