I frequent this McDonald’s during the days that I have college as it provides quick and convenient sustenance. However, the food is not always made the way I believe it should be/the way that is promised by McDonald’s. I frequently order extra mayonnaise and extra salt on my McChicken, but it feels as if they ignore my request and put regular amounts of mayo and minimal amounts of salt on my fries. McDonald's is a convenient and efficient restaurant where customers can quickly receive their meals. The staff is friendly and hardworking, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly even during busy periods. The restaurant is generally clean, although some reviews mention it is not the "cleanest" compared to other locations, and the air conditioning still needs repair. The food is consistently good, with popular items like the Chicken Big Mac, which features a triple bun, Big Mac sauce, iceberg lettuce, and two chicken patties that look like oversized chicken nuggets. The sauce in the burger adds an exceptional flavor, and the chicken is crispy, though sometimes a bit dried. The atmosphere is usually busy but well kept. The staff's customer service skills, especially the cashier's, help make a positive impact on the experience. Customers can use the app to earn points and get deals, such as free medium fries on Fridays. Overall, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
