Having a cup of coffee from Starbucks in the early morning is nothing but regret for the rest of the day. It feels like you start the day with killing children and innocent family. Wow! what a mood of shame it gives for every cup of coffee.

Came here earlier this morning and again about half hour ago. Let me just say this the difference in service between the morning and afternoon shift is like night and day. I ordered my usual cold brew with ex vanilla swt cream, the cashiers switched and took more orders after mine, all drinks were made for online pick ups and the for the customers that came after me and had conversations, and were on their phone. As for my order, I was left waiting for 20 minutes and I couldnt wait any longer, I had to ask for a refund and told the cashier I dont have the time or the patience to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. She looked at me and told me that the other cashier will help me with an attitude. This the kind of service the afternoon staff provides?

busy Location, workers are usually very polite Except a lady named Kai.Has been rude on 2 separate occasions I've visited.Makes you feel like you're a bother & annoyance .. but unfortunately for her, she is there to help & serve customers .. besides tht.. everything is good & coffee orders come out promptly evn when they are busy !!

I’m a very frequent customer because this Starbucks unfortunately is the closest to my office, however it is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I order 2-3 times a week from there and they never get my order right! I do mobile order so I can just grab and go when it’s ready to avoid waiting, yet every time I end up waiting because they can’t get my order right and I have to wait for them to fix it! It defeats the purpose of mobile order! To add to that, their attitude is terrible! They never apologize for messing up my order. In fact the opposite - they give me dirty looks and attitude that I create more work for them as it is my fault they can’t get an order right! They have never once said sorry for messing up my order and wasting my time! A few times, I would let it go but this is consistently every week! I now prefer to walk a few blocks further to the Starbucks on w Broadway. Even with the longer walk it is still faster because they always have my order ready on time and correct! Not to mention they are actually polite and friendly! This store deserve 0 stars!
The folks at this location are nice, but I feel bad for each of them and any customer that walks into this location. A landfill on a hot summer day smells better than this Starbucks! Plug your nose or suck it up and drink the office coffee thats free because this location is repugnant.

I went to this location on 5/3 and the workers had stink attitudes that made me feel unwelcomed. The cashier looked at me like I insulted her and the person making drinks ignored my thanks for my drink.My drink was watered down and tasteless.

This has to be the most poorly run Starbucks on earth. Do yourself a favor and walk 1 block in ANY direction and get coffee at whatever coffee shop you find yourself in front of rather than this Starbucks location.

Terrible experience at least 4 times. The staff were more interested in sharing their issues with each other rather than make my drink. Waited at least 10 minutes for my drink. Never going back!
