“Had a great time with a group of 7 , good food and good wine“

“From the outside, one might think this a food hall of sorts. Its definitely more of a hub for food delivery services. There were countless pickup orders and, including us, 2 other tables that came to sit and eat. The atmosphere has grande ceilings with floor to ceiling windows with bar seating running along and maybe 8 tables. There are hard-copy menus and touchscreen stations to order but the choices are countless; resulting in a time consuming firt-timer experience. There's 1 kitchen that pumps out separate restaurant menu items. The food was ok. I got a Mexican-style chicken bowl that was crossed with another restaurants curry chicken; bites here and there were different. My husband got an Asian-style chicken fried rice bowl that came out cold. 2nd attempt was saturated in sesame oil and inedible. We didn't realize it at the time but Amex Gold got rid of Goldbelly, replaced by Wonder; big mistake in our opinion as Goldbelly is worldwide and Wonder is limited to big-city access for a lesser quality product.“

First time here ever and this nice Filipino Lady (I unfortunately forgot her name (I think Bearun (sounded like Burn))) literally gave the best customer service I’ve ever had. She is a hard worker and was patient with me for a new comer. She deserves a literal raise for how amazing she assisted me. Definitely will come back again . Btw, food was 11/10.“

“Stopped by for the first time today around 11:40 - food was fresh and reasonably priced. There as another customer here at the same time who was “part of the meal plan” and was absolutely terrorizing the staff. She was extremely combative and unreasonable and immediately escalated to “reporting” the employees. All employees stayed extremely calm and professional throughout the interaction, I was very impressed with them. Happy to give more information to the owner if she complains“

“Poke bowl, you just won another loyal customer!

I accidentally placed my order at another location and didn’t realize it until I went to pick up the order. The manager overheard and he was so kind. He asked me to just order it again at the counter and NO CHARGE!

The manager didn’t have to do this but he took care of me. It’s windy day today and I did not spend my entire lunch time to walk another half mile one way to retrieve my lunch and come back.

Thank you Poke Bowl! It is hard to find this kind of customer care at a fast food lunch spot these days. I will be back, like always.“

“The restaurant has powerful word-of-mouth. Their food quality surpasses pricier competitors. The place needs to keep its food standards high. The workers seem chosen partly for appearance. This place has earned multiple visits despite crowds.“

“Lines are a bit long during the lunch rush but they're quick with getting everyone's orders. Unfortunately, very expensive when I saw the total and expected it to have been the cost of the snack size bowl (It was my first time coming so it was my mistake). Food is good and seems fresh though and the service is good.“

“I stopped in Epicerie Boulud WTC in August 2021. It has a great view of the Oculus. I got an almond croissant and a latte. Both were good. Unfortunately I spilled my latte all over. The staff lady was so kind. She got me another latte free of charge. Very kind. Another staff came with a mop to clean up the mess I had made. I would recommend Epicerie Boulud as a rest stop during a visit to the World Trade Center.“

“The food was fresh with a nice variety of toppings, and the staff was friendly. However, I felt a bit rushed while ordering. The atmosphere was just okay — the music was loud and the genre didn’t really fit the setting, which made it hard to have a conversation. The biggest downside was that there’s no restroom available, which is a huge inconvenience.“

“I've been to many Poke places in NYC, but I keep coming back to Poke Bowl. I love their 2 protein bowl. I usually choose shrimp and tuna. They have so many options, their ingredients are incredibly fresh, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the place is really clean. I wish they would open one in Elmhurst or Jackson Heights!“

“Amazing food and atmosphere! The portion sizes and ratios were balanced and you could taste how fresh everything was. My friends got the crabmeat with a variety of toppings and it was amazing. However, salmon has always been my favorite and I would say the salmon here is the best i’ve had so far. It was so buttery and tender. Would highly recommend checking out this spot if you have a chance to visit the area!“

“The fried chicken here is insane! What a deal as well.

The pieces are gigantic and the sides are incredible. I'd recommend getting the fried chicken with the mac salad and at least 2 sauces. The umami scallion and the sweet chipotle soy is a combo that is out of this world.

The kimchi coleslaw is also great. If you're not feeling fried chicken, the huli huli chicken is also amazing. Tender juicy and well seasoned. I wish it was a tad juicier but can't complain, it comes with this amazing rice which makes for a great meal.

I'd take this fried chicken over fluffies next door any day of the week.“
