For proteins, I went with spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Both had great taste and freshness. All the mix-ins were fresh and flavorful. “Was nearby the other day and decided to check this place out for dinner, and I'm glad I did! There are plenty of seats inside with a well lit and clean interior. You grab a menu and marker at the entrance, mark what you want, and hand it to the person at the counter. The food will be ready almost immediately. I got the ray grilled salmon bowl - it was delicious. Definitely a fast and easy casual dine-in experience. There's also a restroom for customers only, and you'll need their key. “Where do I start!? As a brain cancer / surgery survivor eating fresh, clean food is important to me. It's very rare to find a place with ownership who cares about the integrity and quality of the food they sell, from the meat to the salad dressing. Not only is the quality of the food superb but the taste is even better. After years of takeout and dropping in for my regular smoothie, I met the two lovely sisters who own all locations a few months ago. The owners were doing a photo shoot outside, and my sister, dog, niece , nephew and a very large double stroller rolled up. It was hot, and we needed to sit down but didn't want to interfere with the photo shoot. The owners stopped the photoshoot and had us sit down, had a lovely conversation and treated us as if we were family. Oh! And the restaurant is always spotless and very clean! Hard to choose a favorite item since the entire menu is delicious, but my top ordered times are: the Shaka bowl, waipio bowl, detox smoothie, big island açaí bowl, lava rock tacos.. “I had an event at Aloha NYC Lounge. The Playa Ball 2018! WE HAD SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! We were treated like we've been doing business with this establishent for years, as opposed to first time clients! Mr. Bosch is extremely professional! When we were scouting out locations for our event, our first choice was an establishment in Brooklyn, NY, because it was closer and it already had that 70's look. Not much decoration, if any, would be needed. However, when we arrived to talk business, there were 3 patrons and the owner appeared to not have time to talk money. So, what he did was hand me a piece of paper with the rules and what they'd need from me, shook my hand and walked away. We jumped back in the car and headed to Aloha NYC! Walking in, you could see there was definitely an event going on. Still feeling slighted from the last place we sought out, I didn't have the confidence this would go any better, because THIS owner was obviously busy! Mr. Bosch had a rap showcase happening in the back room, and he was setting up for 2 more events that would take place that evening as well! Do you know that man took the time to talk to me about my event!?! No, it wasn't a rushed conversation! He wanted to know my vision for my event, then explained how having it at the Aloha NYC Lounge would work. That young man was spot on!!!!! It was great!!!!!! We had such a wonderful time, we've decided to have "The Playa's Ball 2019" at Aloha NYC also!!!!! The place is kept immaculate! The staff are very professional and friendly!
