My wife and I recently hosted our first Sunday brunch at CUT New York, inviting six of our closest friends in the city. Valeria took wonderful care of us—warm, attentive, and gracious throughout. Stopped in on Father’s Day for a brunch and restaurant was surpassingly not busy yet service was average. Lobster roll had too much mayo and service was slightly slow. Nice vibe with good cocktails but overall average for the neighborhood
