Som Bo is a bright and cozy Asian-inspired fast-casual restaurant that offers healthy and delicious protein bowls. Customers can build their meal by choosing a base, two additions, a main course, and toppings, with clear labels for vegetarian and gluten-free options. The menu includes items like miso salmon, with sauces that enhance the flavor, and the tomato-egg side dish that evokes a comforting, home-cooked feel. The restaurant serves everything in high-quality steel and glass cookware, avoiding plastic, which adds to its appeal. Prices are reasonable, with a freshly cut steak bowl with two sides costing around $15.50, making it an affordable choice. The atmosphere is nice, and there is plenty of seating, water available, and good veggie options. Many find Som Bo to be a refreshing, authentic, and satisfying option, especially for those seeking a quick, healthy meal with well-prepared food that is not oily or overly complicated.
