Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. 7 people standing around, had to ask to get someone to order from. Rude service. Wouldn’t make a quesadilla even though it’s on the menu - needed to order online. Soda machines have been down for weeks. Live across from this place and have had a consistently horrible experience despite otherwise loving chipotle.
Always incredibly rude and impatient. No one at this location seems like can be bothered to do their job. Every time I ask for rice without cilantro, they lie to me and tell me they don’t have it. Half the time, I have to argue with someone at the register because they charged me for the wrong thing and then it’s a hassle to try to get them to fix it so I just end up disputing the charge on my card. Easily the worst chipotle in Manhattan, if not all of the city.

Very bad costumer service. The cashier was talking to me in Spanish and I don't know Spanish, I asked if she was speaking in Spanish with me and she couldn't understand what I was asking. Bad service. My first time in the US and I'm sure I wouldn't go back there.
