Loopy's is the best. Just finished some of their delicious Bibim Bop. The Apps are good too - Summer Rolls were crunchy and the shrimp fresh and fried dumplings were delish also. Definitely recommend, eaten here dozens of times and always consistently great.
We ate at Loopy’s while visiting our son. We’re from New Mexico and had the best experience! Food was absolutely amazing and the owner was very friendly! We will definitely go back next time we’re in Manhattan! Highly recommend!
My daughter ate here twice during our recent visit in the Chelsea area. Food was delicious. clean and simple atmosphere, and staff was very kind. Definitely worth trying.
