About Jiang's Kitchen

Jiang’s Kitchen is a restaurant located in Queens, sitting at a slightly underground level with quite a bit of seating space. The food is absolutely amazing and offers a masterclass in spice and flavor. Customers have visited multiple times and recommend the hand rolled noodles with lamb and the crispy dry chicken as go-to items. The House Fried Dice Chicken is packed with spices, chili peppers, and lightly breaded chicken pieces, while the Sauteed Lamb w/ Cumin is described as flavor and spice heaven. The Beef Sauteed Noodles have wheat noodles with a good bite. The big plate boneless chicken is juicy, flavorful, and spicy, pairing perfectly with noodles. For lighter dishes, options like Baby Pok Choy, Cummings Lamb, Green Onions Stir Tofu, Mashed Eggplants, and Baked Beef Bun are fantastic and well balanced. The steamed beef shumali is excellent, and the tao chicken is very good. The people working there are very kind, and the restaurant has a prayer area for Muslims. Customers will come back again and again.

I live in Queens and visited Jiang’s 4 times already since last year. It is really THAT good. Our go-to are the hand rolled noodles with lamb and the crispy dry chicken. We’ve tried so many other items, but these two are something I miss every once in a while. If only they were closer! The people working there are very kind and the best part of all is that they have a prayer area for Muslims. What else can you ask for?

Very good food and service

Generously seasoned and portioned food. Every bite had the spice level of the first. This is a great option for Chinese food in the city.
