An incredible culinary spin on traditional ramen. Their broth stands out immediately with a distinct, delicious flavor profile you won't find anywhere else. It’s clear they take pride in house-made recipes—their chili oil is a standout, offering a deep, nutty richness that sets it apart from generic alternatives. My husband tried the butter chicken ramen, a creative dish we'd never encountered, and it was exceptional. Overall, an extraordinarily flavorful meal!
My wife and I had lunch here today, and even at 1:30 PM on a Monday, there was a line out the door—a true testament to how popular this place is. The cozy, warm interior was exceptionally welcoming on a chilly day.
Service was impressive from start to finish. Although I didn't get our waiter's name, he was remarkably efficient and attentive throughout the meal, anticipating our needs by discreetly clearing empty dishes and keeping our waters topped off.
