Very authentic, excellent taste
An experience sraight out of Tokyo. It's not really comparable with regular restaurants. It's largely a place for one to come and eat their ramen quietly. The food is great though.
Had a great experience at Ichiran Ramen in New York! 🍜 The ramen was incredibly tasty, flavorful, and satisfying. I chose spice level 7 this time, and it was perfect for me—but definitely planning to try level 10 on my next visit! 🌶
I also really enjoyed the unique experience. They prepare the ramen fresh after you take your seat, and then serve it through the little shutter right in front of you. It makes the whole experience feel different and special.
