A classic ramen spot. i love the service and the dining experience. i go in between this place when i want to bring someone to experience dining differently or if i want a more social place i take them to ippudo. Cant go wrong with coming here hope to be back soon!
Wonderful ! And we've been to Tokyo multiple times so there's a very high bar to compare to. The staff is courteous and good at their jobs. The ambience is perfect, love the individual seating. The ramen of course is exquisite ! The good is awesome and the place is pleasant, well run, efficient and a delight. In our recent nyc trip we were there 6 nights and we had dinner here 5 times
Ichiran specializes in one type of pork broth ramen and they do it really well. I had always enjoyed my meal there and find it a place to go when it is cold or I am craving comfort food. While there is only one type of ramen, you do get to make customizations regarding saltiness, spiciness, and toppings. You order at the front counter and then they will direct you to a solo booth where they will collect your order and serve you your food. It’s a very unique dining experience....read full review
