My fiance and I were in lower Manhattan looking for something delicious to eat that wasn't far from One WTC and wasn't expensive. We found this place online. It was less than 10 minutes walk. It wasn't busy when we arrived on a Saturday at 2pm. Upon entering, I'll see the menu is on the wall. It's not extensive. There were about 10 meals to pick from. Fantastic spot for an easy lunch/dinner. Popcorn chicken is soooo good! I came back for seconds and will be returning again. Not a big menu, and not much space to sit but they are good at what they serve here. I also recommend the Bao Bao.

Found this place accidentaly on my lunch break. Place turned out to be nice. Staff was friendly. Place is small but efficient with extra space on the back that is utilized by the restaurant. Asked for my popcorn chicken to be mild spicy and for my veggie ramen to be medium and they did it exactly how I wanted it.
