“We came in a party of five - two adults and three kids. We ordered one tsukemen, two ramen (deluxe and miso), one kid’s meal, and one fried chicken (karaage with Korean spicy sauce). All were delicious and filling. Anime is playing from a projector on the wall, which kept my boys occupied and quiet 😉. Staff were polite to us and the kids. I hope this place gets more attention that it deserves! Here is one photo from my meal (deluxe tsukemen).“

“I always get the galbi tang when I come here. They use actual beef ribs and it’s absolutely delicious. The mandoo and dumplings are all great steamed or fried. Every dish I’ve had here from the noodles, meat, appetizers have all been delicious.“

“I LOVE this spot!! Everything is house made you can tell she makes her own dumpling wrappers!! Very mom and pop shop you can see the dumpling master herself in the kitchen! However would not recommend the $40 kalbi jim where the sauce is good but they give you spare ribs which as the name might suggest are spare of any actual meat. Totally not worth it and pretty disappointing. But as a general matter, pretty good and overall would recommend“

“Stumbled upon this Thai restaurant, and was very pleased with the food and experience. The Khao soi chicken was cooked very tender and fell off the bone. Pad Kra Pow pork dish was also really satisfying. The food was spicy, but the flavour worked well to make you want more. Highly recommended!“

“Every time I eat here, it takes me back to when I was growing up. They started as a rice roll cart on Grand Street, and they've perfectly preserved that authentic street-cart taste.

The steamed rice rolls with curry fish balls are soft, chewy, and perfectly sauced with hot sauce and extra peanut sauce. Grab an iced Hong Kong milk tea to go with it.

“Stopped by for dinner while in the NYU area and it feels like the kind of place that just fits the neighborhood.

Very casual setup, nothing fancy. A lot of students coming through, people eating solo or in small groups — pretty easy spot to drop into without thinking too much.

Food is more on the home-style side. Not overly heavy or overly seasoned, which actually makes it easier to come back to. Portions are decent, and prices are reasonable for this part of the city.

It’s not really a “destination” restaurant, but more of a reliable, everyday kind of place. If you’re around NYU, I can see this becoming part of a regular rotation.“

The sesame balls here are so good!!! For catering we got veggie low mein, braised pork, bunch of different potstickers, sesame balls, and everything comes with cutlery if needed. They clearly label everything and the packaging is great because they seal all the containers so they don’t spill and the food came warm to eat. 👏🫶🤤

FYI there’s great catering here too! They offer delivery and have a great setup for any event. Will post pics of the catering if I can find them.“

“I was introduced to The Handpulled Noodle by my daughter when she lived near their Hamilton Heights location. She moved to West Harlem and I was happy to find this location just a few blocks away. “We stopped by this place without much research and the Stir Fried Lagman blew us away. We also got the Plow Rice and the Rice Noodles which were both yummy but the Stir Fried Lagman was TOO good!
