“I love this place. Whether you want some k-bbq or kalbi-tang or even some nangmyun, this is always the perfect place!
The waiters are very attentive and helpful.
I’ve tried different k-bbq places in NJ but wooga is the best among them.
Specially their yookhye is the best of the best. I love korean style beef tartare and no place can beat it. I can eat it literally every day 😆“

“All the side dishes were great, especially the oyster kimchi was the real highlight 🦪🙆♀️
Everything tasted super fresh, and you have to try the galbijjim and braised kimchi with pork bones 🥹 so good! The galbijjim is a bit spicy 🌶️ but it balances the richness perfectly :)
Great atmosphere too 🙌 perfect for bringing your parents :)
Next time, I’m getting the galbijjim with noodles and fried rice for sure! 😋“

“I always get the galbi tang when I come here. They use actual beef ribs and it’s absolutely delicious. The mandoo and dumplings are all great steamed or fried. Every dish I’ve had here from the noodles, meat, appetizers have all been delicious.“

“Kimbab Cafe is my new favorite kimbap spot in North Jersey. I love the tuna and spicy pork kimbaps while my wife loves the kimchi kimbap. The coffee was also delicious. They were sold out of ddukbokki when we went so we are excited to go back to try it!“

“We were recommended this place by a family friend, and we were so glad we got to try this place when we were in town!
This is solely a carry-out spot, so be warned that there isn't anywhere to sit down.
The owners are so lovely and helpful and it seems like they have quite the variety of frozen dumplings! They do also have smaller packs of ready-to-eat dumplings on display that you can ask to be steamed on the spot. We got the shrimp dumplings, which comes with a ?cilantro cream sauce, and the pork dumplings. They were definitely some of the best dumplings we had. We drove up from south jersey, so we got a few ready-to-eat packs and steamed them at home. The dumpling skins are so incredibly thin, in the best way possible and the fillings were fresh, light, flavorful, and well balanced! We will definitely be returning when we're back in town!“

“This is almost a hidden gem of Korean bunsik or the street Korean comfort food kind of place. I am a very picky eater, and also a value hunter. This is arguably the best Korean bunsik joint in the area. For the price, quality and portion are simply unbeatable.“

“I usually end up coming here after a night of drinking… to keep drinking, but with some soup on the side lol. This place is BYOB, which makes it even better for that kind of vibe.
Most of their soup dishes really hit—super comforting, flavorful, and exactly what you want late at night or when you’re trying to recover a bit. It’s one of those spots that just does what it’s supposed to do really well.
The atmosphere is pretty casual and no-frills, but that honestly adds to the charm. Service has always been solid in my experience, and food comes out fairly quickly.
Overall, a go-to spot for late-night eats and drinks. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something hearty and satisfying.“

“THIS IS MY FAVE / GO TO GALBITANG SPOT
The meat here is sooooo tender and falls right off the bone!! Portion size is also very generous here!!
What not to love?!
We also tried their muksal gul which tastes like the viet pork chop but meat also very tender and juicy
Summer time I usually get their cold noodles and those are also great here too!!
I usually go to their original location but the fort lee location is just as good but only downside is parking is a bit hard to find here
We got free japchae which was a big bonus too!
My fave thing about this place is their unlimited free collagen beef bone soup!!
You also order right at the cashier so you don't have to tip here“

“Located inside Han Nam Market, this is by far the best quality and cheapest priced korean food i've tried in NJ. It tastes very similar to my 할머니's cooking in Gapyeong, South Korea.
They have cheap combo prices between $8-16 and serving is very big! It comes with side dishes too! They accept most major credit cards incase you don't have cash.
Plenty of FREE parking outside the market, it does get busy on certain hours.“

“My fiance and I came here the other day. The food was incredible, it was our first time trying KBBQ and we had such a great experience! The service was great all the staff was super nice (our waiter Joseph was super kind!) the power went out due to a snow storm mid meal & we still felt well taken care of (plenty of candles and servers around). I would recommend trying this place!!:) The hanger steak & marinated short rib were out favorites !“

“I tried 101 Chicken in Fort Lee and ended up liking it a lot more than I expected. The first thing you notice is the setup — they use a robot fryer, and the kitchen is fully visible from outside. It’s unusually clean for a fried chicken place, almost like a small lab, which immediately gives you confidence about how the food is handled.
The frying quality across the menu was consistently good, and the flavors felt cleaner and more balanced compared to a lot of other Korean-style chicken spots. Here’s what I tried:
101 Potato Crispy Chicken ($14.9)
The most unique item for sure. The potato-crusted coating gives it a sharp, crunchy bite, and the flavor has a slightly sweet, tangy “tomato snack” profile. Not ketchup, but similar enough that it stands out. I really enjoyed this one.
Supreme ($13.9)
Sweet-spicy Korean style with a creamy layer. Flavorful without feeling overly heavy. A good choice if you like sauced chicken.
Original Hot Pepper ($13.5)
Classic fried chicken with a mild spicy seasoning. The finish has a light mala-style tingle, which actually worked well.
Soy Honey ($13.5)
Light, sweet-soy glaze. Easy to eat and not overpowering.
Garlic Crumble ($13.9)
Crispy garlic bits with a touch of sweetness, somewhat like a garlic bread–inspired flavor. Nice, but less distinctive than the earlier ones.
101 Tteokbokki ($13)
Simple and nostalgic — very similar to the street-style tteokbokki you’d find outside Korean schools. Chewy rice cakes with a mildly spicy, slightly sweet sauce.
Cheese Balls ($7)
Crispy outside, chewy inside, and a little sweet at the end. Great with the truffle mayo.
They offer wings, boneless, and drumsticks. I thought the boneless was the best match for their seasoning — it’s dark-meat thigh, so it stays juicy and tender. If you prefer white meat, just keep that in mind.
Overall, I had a really good experience here.
The food was consistently well-fried, the flavors were interesting without being too much, and the open, spotless kitchen was a big plus. Definitely a place I’d come back to, and easy 5 stars from me.“

“The sweet and sour pork was crispy and delicious.
However, I went during weekday lunch hours, and the food was very slow to come out—very slow. My friend got their jajangmyeon, and my jjamppong didn’t arrive until 35 minutes later. It didn’t feel like we were having a meal together.“

“one of my favorite Korean restaurants in NJ 🤍 @anytime
They serve a wide variety of Korean–Japanese fusion dishes, using fresh ingredients with bold flavors and beautiful presentation.
Highly recommend the Beef Short Ribs — insanely tender and juicy, plus the staff cooks it for you 👌
Another must-order is the Clam & Flour Dough Flake Soup — loaded with clams and packed with deep umami flavor. Absolutely perfect for cozy weather.“
“Thanks to the kind Korean cashier, my family loves shopping at this store. Even my young child gets excited to go to H Mart, putting on her shoes as soon as she hears we’re going. During our last visit, I witnessed a younger customer (younger than the cashier) giving her a hard time for no apparent reason. Despite this, the cashier kept her smile and continued helping her to the very end, which reminded me of my mom. I felt sympathy, realizing how challenging that must have been for her. I’ll continue to visit this H Mart frequently. I’m grateful to have a Korean store near my home and truly appreciate the cashier who always greets us with a warm smile.“

“They are a no frills, hole-in-the-wall Korean catering business but the food and price can’t be beat! They have also been able to accommodate a quick turnaround time (24 hours) for most common dishes. Our small church uses them almost monthly. The owner is a hard working woman and she can initially come off as being a little standoff-ish, but I’ve had nice conversations with her and she is very nice. The food is consistently good and our church has no complaints! Our go-to dishes are bulgogi, spicy pork, japchae, fried dumplings. We’ve also had the galbijjim, jengban gooksu (cold noodle salad with seafood), and gimbap which are all excellent.“

“I just realized I’ve never reviewed Myung Dong Noodle House, even though I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. That’s probably because every time I visit, I’m completely engrossed in how great the food is.
Don’t be fooled by the name “Noodle House” — there is so much more here than just noodles. From comforting tofu soup and traditional Korean soups to an excellent variety of classic dishes, the menu offers something for every craving.
What truly sets this place apart is how wholesome and satisfying the food feels. Honestly, “healthy food” might be a more fitting name. Many of the dishes have a real sense of well-being to them — creative, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared without ever sacrificing taste.
Some of our favorites are the braised fermented kimchi with pork, grilled bulgogi, and the grilled fish served with traditional Korean bean paste soup, accompanied by cold green tea. And of course, the kalguksu is always a must-have.
After more than two decades, this place continues to deliver the same comforting, delicious experience that keeps us coming back.“

“The pork bone and potato soup is delicious; the pork bones are really full of flavour, and the portion meant for two easily feeds three. The cold noodles are very generous, and the rice balls have a slight kick to them but are absolutely delicious. The service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.“

“Busan Gukbap's soondae guk & modem soondae are absolutely the best! The soup is super rich and thick, and the soondae is so tasty and fresh. It's honestly my all-time favorite and never disappoints. The place is tiny with limited seating, so it can be tough to get a table — especially at lunch or dinner. But it's really cozy and service is very fair enough. Oh, and the kimchi here is amazing too!“

“Best Korean chicken in Fort Lee! We ordered the Green Onion Chicken with a large combo. The chicken was perfectly crispy and hot, and the fresh green onions paired really well with it. We also had Cheese Snowing French Fries, they were also great and well-seasoned. Highly recommended!👍“

“If you’re craving amazing fried chicken, this place is a must-visit! We ordered the spicy soy garlic and the soy garlic flavor. The chicken is incredibly crispy, the kind of crunch you can hear before you even take a bite! Each piece is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection.
And don’t leave without trying the delicious pickled radish! It’s refreshing, perfectly balanced, and pairs beautifully with the richness of the chicken. Honestly, it’s a must-try on its own.
We used to live in this area, and this spot was one of our most frequently visited places. Eight years later, we came back to visit friends for the holidays, and of course this restaurant was at the top of our list to revisit. I’m glad they keep making such good fried chicken!“

“This is for the bar, came on a mid-day on a holiday and the bar/restaurant had visible traffic but was comfortable enough to have a conversation with snacks and a drink. The prices are a bit higher for what it is (happy hour prices makes it manageable), the sausage plate isn’t that great (chorizo better than the bratwurst which felt flat and lacked flavor), but there is a variety of beers on tap.“

“Such a nice spot that blends cozy ambiance with a wide selection of beautifully crafted pastries and baked goods. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee or lingering over a sweet treat, this location consistently delivers on freshness and flavor.
The interior is clean and inviting, with plenty of seating both indoors and out — perfect for catching up with a friend or enjoying a quiet moment. Their strawberry lemon cream croissant and blueberry chiffon cake are standout favorites, and the variety of cakes, breads, and sandwiches makes it easy to find something for every craving.
Service is generally friendly and efficient, and the ability to order ahead or grab something to-go adds convenience. It’s also open late, which is a nice bonus for evening dessert runs. If you're in the area and looking for a reliable café with quality offerings and a relaxed vibe, this Paris Baguette is definitely worth a visit.“
