“I only got their bahn mi sandwiches for years since it was very good. I tried their curry noodles which were ok, went back to the bahn mi. I then tried the spicy lemongrass soup and chicken pad thai which were both terrific. Very generous portions. Look forward to trying their other dishes. The staff is welcoming and courteous, and they give you a nice cup of hot tea. There’s plenty of additional seating outdoors on a nice day. I agree with another reviewer’s comment that there is a lot of extra packaging/containers for takeout, especially for the toppings and sauces. “Super cozy interior. You can definitely tell it's a mom and pop shop. We ordered curry and two of the drinks. The lemon sparkle amazake was overly tart for me but the tropical one was super refreshing and I highly recommend that one. We got a chicken katsu curry with rice and asked for mild curry which was perfect. If you like spicy food, I would suggest getting the other levels of spice. The curry is savory with a mild sweetness and was super comforting on a rainy day. I'd definitely go back!“

“I visit this place a lot because their food is delicious, the hamburger DOES taste like meat as well as the potatoes are natural (not fried) like in almost all places. The only thing I point out here is that the table where we were assigned was totally dirty and full of papers, the lady who did the cleaning work is next to us and seems not to be interested and continued looking at her cell phone. Maybe she was on her lunch break, but after a while she got up and didn't even clean the table, she He saw perfectly well when we had to put aside everything dirty so we could eat. I would highly recommend the squid dolsot (a hot stone bibimbap, where the stone bowl sizzles and browns the rice on the bottom)! This dish was only ~$20, which I thought was fair for the value and absolutely delicious. They don't skimp on the squid either, which can be a sticking point sometimes at other restaurants. They are there to fill your glasses and replace finished side dishes with asking. Truly a great sign of service. Not a place for romanticism, unless your willing to show emotion to food. We sat at the bar area where the bartenders greeted us immediately. I had 2 margaritas and my boyfriend had 2 Kuba mules . I have never in my life tasted anything so fresh and delicious.
