“Really enjoyed my first visit to this Panera Bread location. The staff member who helped me was genuinely kind, respectful, and welcoming. Since it was my first time at this location, I ordered through the app and wasn’t sure where to pick up my order. He immediately noticed and kindly showed me exactly where to go.

I also asked for a cup of water, and he simply handed me a cup and said, “Here, have some water.” It was such a small gesture, but it really showed how thoughtful and friendly he was.

The location itself is beautiful, the surrounding area is nice, and there is always plenty of parking, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy.

I honestly had a great experience and I’m happy to say this Panera will probably become my regular location. Great service and a great atmosphere!“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! “Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

His father had the wild mushroom kobab and I took the braised "beef". Everything was delicious, including the dessert (ekmek kataifi) which wasn’t too sweet, just perfect 😊“
