“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“

“I went there with my boyfriend and his father during a trip in NYC and we weren’t disappointed. My boyfriend had the kofta kobab which had a very meaty texture. His father had the wild mushroom kobab and I took the braised "beef". Everything was delicious, including the dessert (ekmek kataifi) which wasn’t too sweet, just perfect 😊“

“If I could rate the service 10 stars I would. Victoria was the absolute BEST waitress I’ve ever had at a bottomless brunch experience. She consistently checked in on us, and I truly had the best birthday ever with 10 of my closest friends. Despite being a larger group, we felt cared for and attended to. “Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.
I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.“

“I live in basically the middle of nowhere. Most food I eat is relegated to home cooking or traveling several towns over if I ever want to eat out. I'm visiting the city for a weekend. “Obviously this place isn’t for everyone, but as a biiiig mushroom guy I had always wanted to go here. It’s a bit bittersweet to have gone on its final day of regular dinner service, but at least we made it at all. We tried 5 things (plus the dessert) and everything was interesting. The standouts were the blue oysters, with the most steak-like flavor I’ve experienced in a decade, and the beech mushrooms. The lions mane dumplings and maitake were pretty good, the focaccia was super unique with an excellent donko garlic sauce, and the dessert was nice although maybe porcini mushroom ice cream with sweetened shiitake bits is a slightly odd combo. Still, gotta be the most different mushrooms I’ve ever had in a day, so that’s good Updated from previous review on 2026-03-30“
