“I celebrated my birthday there two or three times. They have excellent service and serve the most delicious dishes I have seen in this town. If you haven’t tried fried ice cream, they serve the most mouthwatering desserts you can find in Hasbrouck Heights. If you’re craving Thai food, this is the place to go. 🫰💗“

“My chicken wrap and smoothie were impeccable. The chicken wrap was one of the best I've ever had - fresh greens, plenty of protein, and a delicious honey mustard sauce. The smoothie was SO yummy also, packed with antioxidant berries and vanilla whey protein. All of it felt so high quality, healthy and filling. The owner of the shop, Maria, cares about the ingredients she uses and is incredibly sweet - really putting customer service first.“

“Dumpling is fantastic! I recently ordered the Hunan Beef; the beef melted in my mouth, and the dish had just the right amount of spiciness. The vegetables were fresh, crispy, and top quality. I’ve not been disappointed by any of their dishes and am thrilled they’re nearby! Thank you, Dumpling!“

“Hasbrouck Heights pizza is an excellent place. Their pasta dishes are amazing as are their chicken and eggplant. Love the margarita pizza. Delivery is quick the people on the phone are nice. We order at least twice a week. I only have one comment that’s a little negative. I view times I ordered and didn’t receive the correct item I asked for. To mention a few: On one occasion I ordered Broccoli and pasta. I asked if I could have broccoli rabe instead and was told no problem. That didn’t happen. This happened twice. On another occasion I ordered eggplant Rolatini but received eggplant para. Not terrible but not the right order. Today 8/10 I ordered a Cold sandwich Roast Beef club with bacon and L/T. But I received a Hot roast beef sandwich instead which I don’t love. The person on the phone repeated to me what I ordered she said Roast Beef Club. I usually order late when I come home from work. So only a few times I called back to get the right order. I can’t wait another 45 minutes for the correct order. I don’t know if it’s the person taking the order pushing the wrong item or the people cooking not making the ordered items. My delivery bill says Hot Roast Beef which I would never order. Would never had mentioned.“

The General Tso's Chicken was really good! (I asked for extra spicy and compared to other places where they miss the mark, this place actually made it spicy!!) Love it!

The Chicken with Broccoli with garlic sauce was not too bad. I do love how tender and properly cooked the chicken turned out....but the garlic sauce seemed more on the bland side. Was lacking the garlic flavor.

Both egg rolls that came with the combos were alright. Lacked the crunch I usually expect but was a nice big portion.

I will definitely come back to try other dishes.“

“My husband and I were really impressed with the service and quality of the Ivy Inn. We went mid-week to celebrate our anniversary and both of our meals, filets mignon were delicious, cooked to our preference. We also had the burrata salad and loved it. Perhaps the only thing we didn’t love was the quiche.

One nice touch and thoughtful gesture, the waitress brought us two glasses of champagne, complimentary to celebrate.

We will be back as this place for us was far better than some of the more “modern” establishments in the area. The decor, the lighting were lovely and we never felt rushed.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! “Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“
