If you haven’t tried fried ice cream, they serve the most mouthwatering desserts you can find in Hasbrouck Heights. If you’re craving Thai food, this is the place to go. 🫰💗“

“Hasbrouck Heights pizza is an excellent place. Their pasta dishes are amazing as are their chicken and eggplant. Love the margarita pizza. Delivery is quick the people on the phone are nice. We order at least twice a week. I only have one comment that’s a little negative. I view times I ordered and didn’t receive the correct item I asked for. To mention a few: On one occasion I ordered Broccoli and pasta. I asked if I could have broccoli rabe instead and was told no problem. That didn’t happen. This happened twice. On another occasion I ordered eggplant Rolatini but received eggplant para. Not terrible but not the right order. Today 8/10 I ordered a Cold sandwich Roast Beef club with bacon and L/T. But I received a Hot roast beef sandwich instead which I don’t love. The person on the phone repeated to me what I ordered she said Roast Beef Club. I usually order late when I come home from work. So only a few times I called back to get the right order. I can’t wait another 45 minutes for the correct order. I don’t know if it’s the person taking the order pushing the wrong item or the people cooking not making the ordered items. My delivery bill says Hot Roast Beef which I would never order. Would never had mentioned.“

“We had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Ivy Inn! The entire evening was flawless, from the fantastic ambiance to the truly satisfying food.
Here is a breakdown of what made our night so special:
The Starters: I kicked things off with a beautiful Caesar salad, as seen in image.png. The greens were perfectly crisp, and it was generously topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
The Main Courses: Every single dish was cooked to perfection. The steak seen was incredibly juicy and tender, beautifully grilled and paired with perfectly seasoned asparagus, carrots, and a delicious potato gratin. The salmon dishes shown were equally phenomenal—perfectly flaky, bursting with flavor, and served over a generous bed of seasoned rice and fresh vegetables.
The Drinks & Dessert: We treated ourselves to some wonderfully refreshing, frothy cocktails to toast the night
To finish off an already excellent meal, we enjoyed a slice of rich, layered carrot cake with smooth frosting and a touch of caramel sauce.
The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dinner out. Chelsea played the harp amazingly. Excellent food, wonderful drinks, and top-tier service. We will absolutely be back!“

“I tried 2 combo meals:

The General Tso's Chicken was really good! (I asked for extra spicy and compared to other places where they miss the mark, this place actually made it spicy!!) Love it!

The Chicken with Broccoli with garlic sauce was not too bad. I do love how tender and properly cooked the chicken turned out....but the garlic sauce seemed more on the bland side. Was lacking the garlic flavor.

Both egg rolls that came with the combos were alright. Lacked the crunch I usually expect but was a nice big portion.

I will definitely come back to try other dishes.“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. “Great Restaurant Week Dinner. We have been to about 10 different restaurants for this year's restaurant week and Essex was far and away the best. The wagyu tartare was fantastic as was the grilled shrimp over polenta. Petite filet mignon had a $10 ucharge bupt was well worth it. The space was beautiful and our server, Jenna, was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. “This was my second time at Blue Hill, although my last visit was several years ago before they moved to the Family Meal concept. And I really like it. Each course comes with an assortment of dishes that you can mix and match at your own pace, which makes the whole meal feel relaxed and fun.

I sat at the bar, and both the atmosphere and service were excellent as always. Every course was fantastic, and this is such a great time of year to visit when there are so many amazing vegetables in season. One course highlighted several different peppers, including a specially developed habanero that had all of the sweetness and none of the heat. Really cool! The dessert was really interesting as well as it incorporated Sungold tomatoes. I don’t think I’ve ever had tomatoes in a dessert before, but it was inspired and worked beautifully. A fantastic dinner. I’ll definitely be returning.“
