“Hand rolls here are pretty good! Portions are small but I definitely recommend giving it a try here! My favorite handrolls were the spicy tuna and the avocado salmon. The seared prime beef and the A5 Wagyu were also to die for! Every bite melts in your mouth! The spicy tuna crispy rice was ok. The rice was not crispy enough. There was 4 pieces for $12. The salmon carpaccio was really good! Love the citrus sauce that came with this dish. There was 5 slices of salmon for $16. So it was a bit overpriced. Veggie udon was really good and flavorful! Really hit the spot on a cold rainy day! Parking is a bit difficult but that's the norm in Fort Lee. Overall, fish was pretty fresh but overpriced for the portions.“

“pre-made poke was much better as bowl is wider than custom pick 3, which is narrow bowl.As others suggested, with such bowl, all the sauces remain on top and you end up eating rice on tbe bottom without the sauce. ?Bubble tea is so so, don't have hugh expectations as this is not a Boba place.Vegetarian options: tofu“

“This mom-and-pop hole in the wall sushi joint isn't aiming for Nobu, and that's part of its charm. With top-notch fish quality and surprisingly generous portion sizes, it's a unique experience. The large order, a feast for 5-6 adults, comes with an abundance of ginger, enough to start your own sushi joint.A friendly suggestion: pre-mixing the spicy tuna and salmon with their sauce, seasoned with Ichimi togarashi, could add an extra layer of flavor. Run by a mom and pop, this place exudes potential. I'll be back, perhaps on a quieter day, excited to delve deeper into what this unpretentious spot has to offer.“

“I dont usually leave reviews for donkatsu spots because my standards are so high for donkatsu and feel it isn't fair for me to leave a review for business owners. But let me tell you OMG~ THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!I had the pork katsu with curry. The pork was cooked to perfection, the deep fried crisp married with the perfectly cook meat is bliss.Your not coming here because of the service or ambiance but just for the katsu that is cooled to perfection. If katsu is on your top 5 food list just like me, you need to stop by and try their food~ strongly recommend“

“We chose this place based on location and reviews. It’s in a crowded strip mall in a high traffic area. As we were walking in, 3 people were walking out and one said “Good choice!”The food was fresh and served without all of the wild garnishment of some sushi restaurants. Two of us had sushi and sashimi and the other had a Bento box with salmon. We all enjoyed our meals. It’s BYOB, but there’s a liquor store directly across the parking lot like 50 feet away and the waitress came right over with wine glasses.“

The night ended with great ice cream and it's not just some ice cream that tasted like freezer burn. Get the red bean ice cream and you will not regret it. Highly recommend to rsvp at the bar. If you don't have a rsvp, you probably won't get a table for walking in, just FYI!“

“I recently ordered from Akasaka this past weekend and I have to say this might be my new favorite sushi place. I ordered the sushi & roll platter to share with a few friends and we all agreed that the rolls and sashimi tasted so fresh. They were so accommodating when I asked to get toro sushi (for an additional fee) in the platter instead. Their miso soup was seasoned perfectly, not too bland or salty. Also, I love how they gave us plenty of wasabi and ginger. Support your local business and order from Akasaka!“

“Its BYOB and they have All You Can Eat option as well. I ordered A la carte but the prices for AYCE is not bad at all considering the taste, quality, and large menu they offer. Service is great as well, our server actually gave us several complimentary dishes as well. Even without that I would give service a 5 star since the servers are very attentive and knowledgeable about the restaurant. Also, you cannot get sashimi at this quality even at some higher end restaurants near here.My top picks:Yumyum rollJalepano double yellow tail“
