Well presented Japanese cuisine
Impressive menu, comparable to manhattan levels with creativity, freshness, and presentation. I ordered the nine mini plates tasting box in February under their specials. Service was attentive. Each tasting was quite an adventure to the palate. I look forward to the special seasonal menu.
Had a wonderful dining experience and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of unique dishes that are difficult to find anywhere else in the area. The seafood was the highlight of the meal—the fish dishes were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and showcased the quality of the ingredients. Hand rolls, particularly the spicy tuna and avocado salmon, are highly recommended, with the seared prime beef and A5 Wagyu melting in one's mouth.
