“Absolutely the best poke I’ve had - hands down. It genuinely reminded me of being in Hawaii. The fish was incredibly fresh, every ingredient tasted high quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can really tell they care about freshness and detail here. On top of that, they even served us complimentary desserts, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch.
This place is a gem and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!“

“Really great small place with all you can eat sushi for $32 per person. It even included some appetizers! The sushi was small but a great size when you’re doing all you can eat.
The only downside of this place is that it has a small parking lot you can only park in after 5 pm (which is when the restaurant is officially open for sit down so make sure you check timing) and they charge for WATER. Literally handed me a bottle of water for $2.
I understand soda charges but WATER? That’s a let down and they also do not tell you it’s not free water or not served in a glass. Everything is from a bottle or a can. Be aware of that!
Other than that the staff was attentive, it was easy to order and overall good food!“

“My go to spot when in the area. The portions are perfect and the prices are hard to beat.
Went recently and they were sold out of their “bomb” and was a little bummed. One of the workers over heard and quickly made one on the spot. Forever grateful for you and the staff!“

“We got the egg omelette with fried chicken. It’s 4 pieces of karaage on top of a Japanese omelette over rice. It’s served with what I think was a cup of miso. Or something similar. The chicken was pretty good. It’s dark meat. The omelet was good too. Overall it was a bit bland, but much preferable to too much salt. I’d get it again. We snagged a spot by the window so we got to eat with a view of the skyline, but it’s busy so don’t count on it“

“*Cash only.
Great Japanese dessert store inside Mitsuwa. Love the red bean Taiyaki. It has abundant filling and outside is crispy.
The staff is quick and nice. She already made some for the day so literally no wait. If not, prob take 5-10min to make a batch. It smells really good. There are seats and tables around from the food court if needed.“

“I had great time this restaurant with my family!
Their signature Japanese style Hamba-gu is so soft and fluffy. To pair with it, our waitress gave us excellent descriptions about the six different sauces we could pick from. There was the Red Wine Demi-glace, Tomato Marinara, Gorgonzola White Cream, Soy-Onion, Oroshi Ponzu, and Chimichuri. She had recommended me the Soy-Onion sauce. And let me tell you, I am so glad I went with that sauce. It was truly exceptional! It had the perfect balance between it being salty and sweet, pairing perfectly with white rice. Although, I absolutely have to go back to try the other sauces as well!
Their Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet) reminds me of when I had it in Japan, crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside.
For the side dishes, I recommend are Karaage (a Japanese style of Fried Chicken) and Yuzu Tomato. I also saw some other people having Toro Tartare and Yellow Tail Jalapeño and it looked so delicious!! Another reason to go back!“
