“We had such a wonderful evening at Fleming's Edgewater. Sergio took amazing care of our family. He was so kind, friendly, and attentive, and he somehow always seemed to know what we needed before we even had to ask. The manager also came by several times to check on us, and you could tell everyone genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. There were six of us, and every single steak was cooked exactly how we liked it. Everything was delicious, and the view made the evening even more special. The best part was seeing how excited our son was. We were celebrating his birthday, and the staff surprised him with dessert and sparklers. “Great Ramen shop in NJ. The food is authentic. The broth is always rich, flavorful and tasty. The egg noodles are cooked just right and have a good consistency. The pork is tender, but the salt level can vary depending on the day, sometimes too salty. The service is fast, consistent and friendly. Overall awesome place for delicious ramen that can get quite busy. Expect a wait if you come during peak dining hours, especially for weekends. Seating can be limited if the food court is busy.“

“We moved here about a few months ago and I had to write a review for Sonya and her team. We've been to many Moe's in Jersey and New York but this is the best Moe's by far! “I’ve been coming to this spot for about 4 years now and can say that this has been one of my favorite restaurants. Period. The rolls are delicious, arguably perfect portions, and have been consistent over the years. The food comes out quick (I ask you have a little patience on busy days), the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming (good music too). “The Food was nice and never thought it served quickly. But the only reason I gave 4/5 service was they only accept $20 cash, what about other people don't have $20 cash? Or wanted to changed it. Overall it would be 4.5/5 in my personal rating, since it is been long time, since I last ate last year on June 2025. Now as of Sept 9, 2026 it is kinda miss the place.
