I made a point to try some of their most popular dishes. The lobster ravioli was flavorful and well executed. The cheese appetizer was balanced and nicely presented, though I would probably pass on it next time. The star of the night was the spicy tuna appetizer, which really stood out in both flavor and texture. The decor is beautiful and creates a great atmosphere, and the service was friendly throughout the meal. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.“

“Is very hard to find a good quality and real pasta in NYC. Pasta cacio Peppe and puttanesca were very good and soooo delicious. Everything was very fresh. “I really came fully prepared to hate on this place, most of all because C picked it, but also because it is hyped to death. Further hatred materialized when I waited in line for our reservation and felt like a schmuck.

Then I realized the line wasn't for people with reservations, I went inside, we were seated immediately, our waiter was fabulous, the food was fabulous, and the wine was fabulous. Everything was phenomenal and extra, extra good.“

“This place really lived up to the hype - all the food was fantastic esp the ricotta crostina, meatballs, rigatoni, and the rice balls, but everything was above average. Additionally service was great, and very lively fun atmosphere, plus it was really warm given how cold its been recently. All and all i think its a great place to take a group of 8 or more for reasonably priced italian food that has above average taste. I will definitely be back.“

“Loved this small 100 year old Italian restaurant in Greenwich Village. The food was delish, but even better than the food was the atmosphere and the staff. Our waiter was Tony. Not only was he funny, he knew his pasta! We felt like old friends by the time we left! The bartender was not only beautiful to look at, he too treated us like old friends! He meet us at the door on our way out and gifted me with a juicy birthday kiss! Totally made my night!“

“I have Celiac's disease and need to be GF for life. I loved that they had gf appetizers. I got the GF calamari and shared it with the table . No one complained about it being GF. I had the chicken parm with the gf pasta. It was delicious. I wish I had time to try the GF desserts but I had to catch a train back to Albany. This restaurant is the Best GF Italian in NYC.
