The wine bar is one of my favorite places to eat in the world! We had a lovely girls dinner! As always, the suckling pig was amazing! We also ordered the branzino, short rib pasta, and steak. The short rib pasta blew our minds! The branzino was tasty, and the steak was cooked well with a nice sear and seasoned perfectly. We ended the night with some espresso martini, but we really missed the panna cotta! Please bring it back!!!!!
This wasn’t a meal but rather it was an experience. My wife and I had several plates ranging from vegetables, meat, pastas, amazing house made bread and desserts. The atmosphere made for a fun date night and the elevated but hardy food was delicious. My favorite resturant in the world so far .. the sucking pig is everything and the sauce of out of this world . First let me say the succulent pig was super juicy where it needed to be and super crispy where it needed it's a piece of art and the sauce at the bottom just brings it all together . Then the Rosett was also amazing the spare rib was cooked perfectly before being stuffed in pasta then cooked in the brick oven just finnished it off perfectly .
