“Ate here twice while staying at the Doubletree. 1st I had Ravioli. They were descent bthe 2nd night I had a burger and fries. Not bad either. If you’re staying at the Doubletree you might want to eat dinner here because getting out of the parking lot and onto the highway is nightmarish. A burger fries, Stella beer, tiramisu and coffee $50 with a tip. The restaurant is understaffed so prepare to wait a few minutes but nothing crazy.“

“We visited this restaurant this past Saturday and even tho we just gave them a call 40 mins prior arriving, they accommodated us- no wait time. The staff is very attentive, friendly and warm. Every single one of them. We went there with a 4month old and i was a little skeptical but our server, Ali, and Alessandro went above and beyond to make us feel as comfortable as possible and answer to all of our needs and requests.
I loved their pizza, brings you right back to Italy, like rarely you can find in NJ. And the tiramisu!!! OMG!! The best one i have ever had in my whole life!! Definitely will be back!

“Had lunch at Pomodoro upstairs in their really nice and inviting dining area. BYOB A Plus! The sandwich had great bread and tasted really fresh, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The pizza was light, crispy, and delicious.
Everything tasted amazing.“

I will just put this concept in a list form... most importantly, i'm writing this at 330 am, and i can't sleep, so forgive the ramblingness of this review... this place is not just about food... it's a 'gathering place'... the peeps trump the food for me... for a reason to visit... EVEN THOUGH THE FOOD IS TOP NOTCH!!! 1. i miss Gus Karageorge, RIP... (he is and will always be linwood pizza of fort lee to me)... this man fed the nightcrawl vips such as myself... the police the bridge maintenance peeps... all of us we night time regulars there... 2. there food is second to none... personally, i used to be corner sicilians & garlic knots... now, i'm the center sicilian & garlic knots... some things never change, some people change very very very little... 3. the counter guy anthony... literally delivered to our family... this is eons ago... but i would say circa 2009... while we were sleeping outside, in a TENT!!! best delivery ever!!! yes, that means i've been a pretty faithful visitor and customer for 13 or more years... 4. nicole, (gus' daughter) and i fell in love (me mainly) with remote control cars running them around like little kids in the linwood plaza parking lot at 330 am. (once again circa 2013) 5. needless to say... it's all about the people for me... it's all about the wonderful food and memories... so there u go... LINWOOD PIZZA OF FORT LEE FOR LIFE!!! “Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“San Sabino in New York gets a solid 4 out of 5 from me. The food was tasty and fresh and compared to their sister restaurant is definitely more fish forward. I made a point to try some of their most popular dishes. The lobster ravioli was flavorful and well executed. The cheese appetizer was balanced and nicely presented, though I would probably pass on it next time. The star of the night was the spicy tuna appetizer, which really stood out in both flavor and texture. The decor is beautiful and creates a great atmosphere, and the service was friendly throughout the meal. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.“

“Is very hard to find a good quality and real pasta in NYC. Pasta cacio Peppe and puttanesca were very good and soooo delicious. Everything was very fresh. I used to live on Grove, and back then it felt like more of a neighborhood secret. Now there’s almost always a crowd outside and someone trying to get the perfect corner table photo—but somehow it still feels real.

That’s hard to pull off.

I like it best at the bar. Cocktail, a few plates, nowhere to be. The room is busy and packed, but still somehow cozy instead of chaotic.

Zucchini fritti, tagliatelle, and a mezcal margarita - the zucchini fritti disappeared fast—light, crisp, salty, exactly what you want with a drink. The tagliatelle was simple in the best way. Perfect pasta, balanced flavors, nothing trying too hard.

Still a neighborhood favorite.“

“The spinach mascarpone pasta was 10/10 the flavor was incredible! I would actually skip the ricotta toast- I wasn’t impressed. The rest was good, the squash pasta was another standout.
We were a tad rushed for a table of four, the rest of the pastas were OK (Ragu was a tad salty), good wine selection and cocktails were delicious all in all, 3.5-4/5!“

“I have Celiac's disease and need to be GF for life. I loved that they had gf appetizers. I got the GF calamari and shared it with the table . No one complained about it being GF. I had the chicken parm with the gf pasta. It was delicious. I wish I had time to try the GF desserts but I had to catch a train back to Albany. This restaurant is the Best GF Italian in NYC. Will definitely come back next time I am in the city!“
