Great Ramen shop in NJ. The food is authentic. The broth is always rich, flavorful and tasty. The egg noodles are cooked just right and have a good consistency. The pork is tender, but the salt level can vary depending on the day, sometimes too salty. The service is fast, consistent and friendly. Always consistent and good ramen. Great broth and Hakata style straight noodles. Nice to have natto rice with the ramen. Feels like you are in Japan.
Santouka is a must-visit if you're ever near the Mitsuwa Marketplace in Edgewater. As a popular chain originally from Japan, they definitely live up to the hype.
