My family has been eating ramen from here for years now. I love the way everything is separated for takeout, and the way the noodles container is part of the soup lid. Oily, but convenient.
One of the more popular stalls inside Mitsuwa. Cashier was very friendly. Combo F came with a bowl of rice with salmon roe & egg salad on top. That itself was delightful in every bite. Shio (salt broth) ramen was good. The broth was thick with flavor.

The ramen is amazing every time I go. Still top ramen spots in NJ. Service is fast depending on how busy it is, but due to popularity, it is usually busy. Atmosphere is good, but usually trying to find a place to sit is a challenge, again, due to popularity, as it's in a food court style seating. Worth the wait as well as seating challenge though for sure.
