“My best friend and I visited Susukino Ramen last night and it was honestly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. We decided to try their $29 dinner special, which includes your choice of ramen, sushi, and an appetizer — and it was absolutely worth it.

Everything came out fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. The ramen was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the portion size was perfect. The sushi tasted incredibly fresh and well-balanced, and you could tell care was put into the preparation. Even the appetizer exceeded expectations — nothing felt rushed or thrown together. Every dish was consistent and high quality.

“You can buy a pineapple pork bun (so fast with cash your friends are shocked) put it in your backpack and travel across three states, pull it out slightly squished at 3am, and it'll still taste so fabulous you won't want to brush your teeth so you can savor the taste for longer. BBQ Spare Ribs were amazing in taste & fully cooked, not too soft, just right! Scallion pancakes arrived very crispy & not soggy like others I’ve had! Pork fried rice was seasoned perfectly! They also accommodated my no egg request in the rice for an added bonus! Dumplings were delicious with an adequate amount of juicy pork filling! Boneless BBQ ribs were soft, full of sauce & tasty as well! Prices are a bit higher, but you get your money’s worth overall! Try it you’ll be happy you did!“

“It’s 10pm and the customer traffic is still at peak. During my meal they had to tell two sets of new customers that there are no more tables. My chicken thali is delicious. It comes with a variety of items and flavors. They kept checking if I actually need anything more and offered to add rice. Very caring and attentive. One customer there was chilling for a long time after done and they just let him relax in peace while the restaurant traffic is busy. Such patience and respect for customers. The Nepali hospitality really impressed me. Of course the food is amazing. Will come again to try other menu items.“

“I’m so happy we have a halal pho spot in Astoria, and it’s GOOD, the pho is delicious, warm, and comforting, vibes are nice and they have a decent space to accommodate people. We got the lemongrass beef and short rib beef, both were really flavorful, portion size is very healthy, and pricing is very fair on the food. It was so fatty, lean and well seasoned. The broth was rich, flavorful and piping hot! Highly recommend the short rib pho! Its an outside food cart with limited street seating, but these guys were open at 10pm when it was 27° the other night and they still had a line of people. Absolutely worth every cent.

“We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!“

“I realized I’ve never left a review despite ordering from here for YEARS. E-chiban has some of the best sushi in town for quality and price. It’s one of the few places I get delivery from and the quality and portion size is always great. Their prices have gone up, but I do feel with how much they give you it’s worth it (especially the salmon sashimi dinner)! Their delivery driver (Mok?) is always so kind, remembers my name and order, and is great at his job. It’s nice being a regular here. I’ve tried other places nearby and they don’t come close imo.“

“Ordered take out. Was looking for a great tasting sesame chicken made with white meat. Saw the reviews online and took a chance because so far the Asian restaurants I’ve been to do not make DELICIOUS sesame chicken. This place did not let me down. The sesame chicken was so delicious! I was so happy! This is, now, my go to place for sesame chicken. I didn’t like the dumplings. They were very doughy and chewy. No good. Next time I’ll order the Gyoza. Maybe that’s not doughy. I’ll try the fried rice too and see how that goes. But for sure I’ll be coming back!“
