Wonderful experience!!!!!
Maison Sun is much more than a restaurant, it's an experience!
With only a handful of seats around a single counter, it feels less like dining out and more like being welcomed into someone's home. I came by myself, but because everyone is seated together around the chef, the atmosphere immediately feels warm and intimate. I even ended up meeting some wonderful people during dinner.

Madison Sun offers a solid dining experience. The foie gras was rich and perfectly seared, and the escargot in garlic butter were tender and flavorful. The chef personally checked on us, which made the night special. My friend and I had a fantastic time. The metallic interior feels modern without being cold

The restaurant has evolved into a remarkable dining destination, with the addition of Chef Dai bringing a fusion of Chinese, Korean, and other Asian flavors that are absolutely outstanding. The creativity and execution of the dishes are next-level, making this the best fine dining experience for many customers. The menu is well executed by Chef CG. The chef and waiters are super friendly. Watching the culinary artists work their magic at the stainless steel counter is literally dinner and a show. The perfectly crafted and executed courses throughout the evening, paired with impeccable service, make Maison Sun a must-visit destination for any foodie. The Christophe silverware adds to the lovely night. This place is very easy to get to via subway and is a hidden gem. Definitely Michelin star experience!
