It's our second time we have dinner at Maison Sun. We really like the small size counter with the owner / sommelier doing the service. We like the personal touches, interactions, etc. The wine pairing is amazing. The food is very creative while remaining delicious , tasty, and goes to your heart. Original and yummy. I am shocked that they don't have a Michelin star yet. In our eyes it deserves 2 Michelin stars.
Having been fortunate enough to enjoy meals at a number of phenomenal fine dining establishments, this stands amongst the best!The great company we enjoyed the meal with made it all the more special but the food experience was exquisite, without the awkward stuffiness of white tablecloth establishments… the tasting course was memorable, delicious, elegantly and lovingly crafted within eyeshot, and wonderfully put together.
